Claims (2)

배수구 시스템에 있어서,
싱크대 측으로 공급되는 물의 유속을 이용하여 전기를 발전하여 발전을 통해 생성되는 전기를 축전하며 축전된 전기를 이용하여 싱크대배수부 상에 UV LED를 조사하여 싱크대배수부 내의 세균번식을 억제시켜 악취가 발생되지 않도록 하는 싱크대배수부를 포함하되,
상기 싱크대배수부는
식기 세척시 발생되는 이물질과 오염수를 배출하기 위한 싱크대수단; 및
배수부재 내부에서 발생되는 악취가 외부로 유출되지 않도록 하기 위한 배수마개수단; 및
식기를 세척하기 위해 공급되는 물의 유속에 의해 전기를 생성하기 위한 싱크대측발전수단을 포함하며,
상기 싱크대수단은,
식기의 세척이 가능하도록 식기가 안착되도록 형성되는 싱크대챔버;
식기 세척시 이물질이 걸러지는 걸름망이 형성되며, 식기 세척에 사용된 오염수가 배출되도록 싱크대챔버 하부로 형성되는 배수부재;
식기 세척시 발생되는 이물질이 걸러지도록 배수부재 내부로 탈부착가능하도록 형성되는 걸름망;
오염수를 외부로 배출하기 위해 배수부재 하부로 형성되는 싱크대퇴수관;
싱크대챔버에 주입되는 물이 싱크대챔버 외부로 넘치지 않고 싱크대퇴수관 측으로 퇴수되도록 싱크대챔버 일측 상부로 형성되는 싱크대회수관;
이물질로 발생되는 곰팡이와 악취를 제거하기 위해 배수부재 일측에서 조사되도록 복수개 형성되는 배수UV램프를 포함하며,
상기 배수마개수단은,
퇴수관과 배수부재 측으로부터 발생되는 악취가 싱크대챔버 내부로 유출되지 않도록 배수부재 상부로 개폐가능하도록 형성되는 마개부재;
마개부재가 일측에서 타측으로 슬라이드 개폐가능하도록 배수부재 상면 양측으로 형성되는 마개가이드;
오염수와 악취로 마개부재 하면에 발생되는 곰팡이와 상부로 이동되는 악취를 제거하기 위해 마개부재 하면로 매립되도록 복수개 형성되는 마개UV램프;
마개부재의 슬라이드 개폐시 접촉으로 배수UV램프와 마개UV램프가 작동되도록 마개가이드 일측으로 형성되는 접촉센서를 포함하며,
상기 싱크대측발전수단은,
배수UV램프와 마개UV램프 측으로 제공하기 위한 전기를 생성하도록 싱크대 측으로 주입되는 물 배관 상에 형성되는 싱크대측발전기;
싱크대측발전기로부터 생성되는 전기를 모아 저장하기 위해 싱크대발전기 일측으로 형성되는 싱크대측축전지를 포함하며,
상기 싱크대배수부는,
배수부재의 하부둘레와 걸름망 내에 묻은 이물질을 제거하기 위한 이물질제거부를 더 포함하며,
상기 이물질제거부는,
배수부재에 묻은 이물질이 떨어지도록 충격을 가하기 위한 충격수단을 포함하면,
상기 충격수단은,
충격부재를 배수부재 측으로 이동시키기 위해 실린더고정부재에 고정 형성되는 에어실린더;
배수부재에 접촉되도록 에어실린더의 실린더 축에 결합 형성되는 충격부재;
에어실린더를 고정시키기 위해 배수부재 일측으로 형성되는 실린더고정부재;
에어실린더 측으로 주입하기 위한 공기를 생성하기 위해 실린더고정부재 일측으로 형성되는 소형공기압축기를 포함하며,
상기 이물질제거부는,
배수부재와 걸름망에 묻은 이물질을 떨어뜨리기 위한 진동을 발생하는 진동수단을 포함하며,
상기 진동수단은,
진동을 발생시키기 위해 모터고정부재에 형성되는 진동모터;
진동모터로부터 생성된 진동을 배수부재에 전달하기 위해 일측이 진동모터에 연결되고, 타측이 배수부재와 접촉 형성되는 진동부재;
진동모터를 고정하기 위해 배수부재 일측으로 형성되는 모터고정부재를 포함하며,
상기 이물질제거부는,
배수부재와 걸름망 상에 곰팡이 발생을 억제시키고, 악취를 제거하기 위해 분사되는 약품분사수단을 포함하며,
상기 약품분사수단은,
곰팡이발생억제와 악취를 제거하는 약품이 보관되도록 싱크대 하부 일측으로 형성되는 약품보관통;
약품보관통에 저장된 약품이 약품분사노즐 측으로 이동되도록 일측이 약품보관통에 연결되고, 타측은 약품분사노즐에 연결 형성되는 약품이동바;
약품이동바를 통해 이동되는 약품을 배수부재 측으로 분사하기 위해 약품이동바 일측으로 복수개 형성되는 약품분사노즐;
주입되는 약품량을 감지하기 위해 약품이동바 일측으로 형성되는 약품주입량센서를 포함하며,
상기 싱크대배수부는,
배수부재를 세척하기 위한 세척부를 더 포함하며,
상기 세척부는,
세척액을 분사하여 배수부재에 묻은 이물질을 제거하기 위한 헹굼수단; 및
배수부재에 묻은 이물질을 브러쉬를 이용하여 제거하기 위한 브러쉬수단; 및
배수부재에 묻은 세척액을 건조하기 위한 건조수단을 포함하며,
상기 헹굼수단은,
세척액분사노즐을 고정하기 위해 배수부재 일측으로 형성되는 세척노즐고정바;
세척노즐고정바 일측으로 세척액이 분사되도록 복수개 형성되는 세척액분사노즐을 포함하며,
상기 브러쉬수단은,
브러쉬부재가 회전되도록 배수부재 하부 둘레로 형성되는 브러쉬이동레일;
브러쉬이동레일을 따라 일측방향으로 회전되도록 브러쉬이동레일 상부로 안착 형성되는 브러쉬부재;
브러쉬를 회전시키기 위해 회전브러쉬 하부 일측으로 형성되는 브러쉬모터;
배수부재 내면을 회전하여 이물질을 제거하기 위해 브러쉬모터 상부로 형성되는 회전브러쉬;
브러쉬부재를 브러쉬이동레일을 따라 이동되도록 브러쉬부재 하부로 형성되는 레일회전기어;
레일회전기어를 회전시키기 위한 회전동력을 생성하도록 싱크대챔버 일측으로 형성되는 회전모터;
회전모터에서 생성된 회전동력을 레일회전기어 측으로 제공하기 위해 레일회전기어와 맞물리도록 회전모터 상부로 형성되는 주회전기어를 포함하며,
상기 건조수단은,
외부로부터 제공받는 공기를 공기분사노즐 측으로 이동시키기 위해 싱크대챔버 하부 일측으로 형성되는 건조노즐고정바;
배수부재 측으로 공기를 분사하기 위해 건조노즐고정바 일측으로 복수개 형성되는 공기분사노즐을 포함하는 배수구 시스템.
