Abstract
본발명은 길이가 긴 목재를 용이하게 이동시켜서 적재함으로써 인력이 절감되며 적재시간이 짧아져서 경제적이며 인명사고가 예방되는 현저한 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본발명의 목재 이송장치 1프레임을 정면 상방에서 본 사진
도 3은 본발명의 목재선단이 1프레임의 전방의 이송컨베어 상부를 통과한후 리프트가 수직 상승하여 목재 전방부를 상승시킨 상태사진
도 4는 본발명의 리프트가 수직 상승하여 목재 전방부를 상승시킨 상태에서 이송컨베어의 후방컨베어가 후진하는 상태사진
도 5는 본발명의 리프트가 수직 상승하여 목재 전방부를 상승시킨 상태에서 이송컨베어의 후방컨베어가 후진한 후 전방컨베어도 일정거리 후진한후에 리프트가 원래대로 하강하여 목재를 전후방컨베어 상면에 안착시키는 상태사진
도 6은 본발명의 리프트가 원래대로 하강하여 목재를 전후방컨베어 상면에 안착시킨후 전후방컨베어가 구동하여 목재를 2프레임의 2전후방컨베어로 이동시키는 상태사진

Claims (3)
- 목재(10)가 테이블(20)위에 안치되고 상기 테이블(20)이 하부의 실린더에 의해 상승하면 목재(10)후단이 1프레임(100)의 푸쉬기(30)에 의해 테이블(20)위에서 전방으로 이송되며, 상기 전방에는 이송컨베어(40)와 리프트(50)가 순차적으로 설치되어 목재(10)의 전방부가 이송컨베어(40)를 지나 리프트(50)위에 위치되면, 푸쉬기(30)의 동작이 멈추어 목재(10)가 정지되고, 리프트(50)가 상부로 상승하여 상기 리프트(50) 위의 목재 전방이 들어올려지며 전방이 높고 후방은 테이블(20)위에 접촉된 상태로 비스듬하게 목재(10)가 위치하게 되어, 상기 이송컨베어(40)의 후방컨베어(42)가 후방으로 후퇴하며, 전방컨베어(41)와 일정간격이 되면 리프트(50)가 하강하고 목재(10)는 전후방컨베어(41, 42)위에 위치하며, 상기 전후방컨베어(41, 42)가 동시에 작동되어 목재(10)는 좌측으로 이동되어 적재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재 이송장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이블(20)은 전후방이 길게 형성되고 가로방향 폭이 좁은 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 목재 이송장치
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이송컨베어(40) 및 리프트(50)는 테이블(20)과 직각방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 목재 이송장치
