Claims (9)
- 카피르라임 잎을 저온처리하는 단계;
상기 저온처리된 카피르라임 잎을 세척하고 폭 2cm 이하, 길이 10cm 이하로 세절하는 단계;
상기 세절된 카피르라임 잎을 동결처리하는 단계;
상기 동결처리된 카피르라임 잎에 카피르라임 잎 중량 대비 5~10배의 정제수를 첨가하여 분쇄한 후 88℃ 내지 92℃의 온도에서 5~7시간 동안 가열하는 단계: 및
상기 가열된 분쇄물을 20℃ 내지 25℃의 상온으로 자연냉각한 후 필터 여과 및 감압 농축하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 저온처리 단계는 5℃ 내지 10℃의 온도에서 8 내지 12일간 1,000 내지 1,200 Lux의 조도로 9시간/일 내지 11시간/일 동안 조명하는 것을 포함하는, 카피르라임 추출물의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동결처리는 -10℃ 내지 -5℃의 온도에서 20시간 내지 30시간 동안 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 카피르라임 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상온으로부터 동결처리 온도에 도달하는 시간은 4 내지 6시간인 것을 특징으로 하는, 카피르라임 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감압 농축 후 2℃ 내지 6℃에서 24시간 이상 냉장 보관 후 상층액 및 하층액을 분리하여 보관하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 카피르라임 추출물의 제조방법.

- 제5항의 방법으로 얻어진 카피르라임 추출물의 하층액을 포함하는 스케일 제거용 조성물로서, 조성물 총 중량 대비 20 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 카피르라임 추출물의 하층액, 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 파파야 추출물, 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 및 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 C10~16의 에톡실레이티드 프로폭실레이티드 알코올을 포함하는 스케일 제거용 조성물.
- 제5항의 방법으로 얻어진 카피르라임 추출물의 하층액을 포함하는 녹조 제거용 조성물로서, 조성물 총 중량 대비 20 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 카피르라임 추출물의 하층액, 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 소듐 라우릴 에테르 설페이트, 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 및 1 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 C10~16의 에톡실레이티드 프로폭실레이티드 알코올을 포함하는 녹조 제거용 조성물.
