와구모 기피효과 실험은 해충 기피성분의 안정성이 입증된 실시 예 1, 6, 7 및 9조성물에 한하여 실시하였다. 와구모에 감염되지 않은 50 ~ 52주령 갈색산란계를 5마리씩 5개군으로 나누어 완전히 격리된 5개의 케이지에 임의적으로 배치하여 1주간 순치한 후 각 개체에 시험액 10mL씩을 체표면에 골고루 분사하였다. 시험액 분사 10분 후에 각 개체에 와구모 15mg씩을 정확하게 달아 인공감염 시킨 후 1시간, 6시간, 12시간, 24시간 후에 암관이 설치된 플라스틱 통을 이용하여 와구모를 채집하여 와구모의 무게를 측정하여 기피율(채집한 와구모 무게/인공 감염시킨 와구모 무게)을 계산하였다. 시험방법은 다음의 표 12와 같다.Wagumo repellent effect experiments were conducted only in Examples 1, 6, 7 and 9 compositions in which the stability of the pest repellent component was proven. 50-52 week old brown scattered eggs that were not infected with wagumo were divided into 5 groups of 5 animals and placed randomly in 5 completely isolated cages for 1 week, and then 10 mL of test solution was evenly sprayed onto the body surface. 상기와 같이 본 발명에 따른 해충 기피효과가 개선된 축사용 소독제 복합조성물은 축사를 소독하기 위하여 사용되는 축산용 소독제에 해충 기피제를 복합 조성하여 안정성이 우수하고, 해충 기피효과를 크게 향상시켜 가축의 질병 발생을 억제하며, 가축의 성장을 저해하는 요소를 미연에 방지하는 동시에 소독력을 크게 향상시킬 수 있어 산업상 이용가능성이 매우 높은 발명인 것이다.
