제거되는 욕실 슬라브에 상응하는 크기를 갖도록 바닥 PC를 제작하고, 상기 바닥 PC의 상부에 배관을 설치하고, 상기 바닥 PC의 상부에 경량기포 콘크리트를 상기 배관을 덮도록 타설하고, 상기 경량기포 콘크리트 위에 타일을 부착하여 상기 욕실 슬라브 PC를 미리 제작하며,
상기 제3단계는 상기 브라켓들을 욕실 문턱 상단으로부터 하부로 이격되도록 설치하고,
상기 제4단계는 상기 욕실 슬라브 PC를 방 또는 거실 슬라브 상단보다 깊게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리모델링 공동주택의 욕실 층상배관 시공방법.
