Claims (5)
- 열교환용 도료혼합물에 있어서,
아크릴수지 20 ~ 30중량%, 세라믹 조성물로 코팅된 우레탄수지 5 ~ 15중량%, 열에너지교환제 10 ~ 20중량%, 단열비즈첨가제 2 ~ 8중량%, 물 5 ~ 50중량%을 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 세라믹 조성물은,
1㎛ 이하의 입도를 가지는 세라믹분말과 에폭시수지로 이루어지며,
상기 세라믹분말은 상기 우레탄수지에 대하여 30 ~ 40중량%이며, 상기 에폭시수지는 상기 세라믹분말에 대하여 10 ~ 20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환용 도료혼합물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열에너지교환제는,
중공의 구형상의 열가소성 수지의 플라스틱으로 이루어진 고분자재료와 상기 고분자재료를 둘러싸는 산화티타늄을 포함하는 구형상의 무기재료로 이루어지며, 미세한 구형상의 비즈로 이루어지고 다수 개가 균일하게 분포되어 있게 되고, 상기 고분자재료가 촉매에 의한 열교환운동을 하고 상기 무기재료가 열교환운동을 보조하면서 도막의 마모나 열화를 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환용 도료혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열에너지교환제는,
25℃ 이상 시 흡수되는 열에너지를 열에너지 이외의 다른 에너지로 변환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환용 도료혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열에너지교환제는,
자외선을 차단하도록 열교환분자에 의한 도막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환용 도료혼합물.
