상기 가이드 도관을 통해 주입되는 유체에 의해 팽창이 이루어져서 상기 유두부를 확장시켜 주기 위한 것으로, 상기 가이드 도관을 감싸는 형태로 배치되는 벌룬부와, 상기 가이드 도관에 그 도관의 축선방향을 따라 상대이동 가능하게 설치되는 슬라이딩부와, 일측인 상기 슬라이딩부에 연결되고 타측은 상기 벌룬부의 양단 중 어느 하나에 연결되는 연결부를 구비하여서, 상기 벌룬부의 팽창시에 상기 슬라이딩부와 연결부 사이에 끼임방지홈을 형성시켜 상기 담도 내 결석이 담도벽에 끼이는 것을 억제시킬 수 있게 하는 끼임억제유닛;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경적 유두부 확장용 풍선 유닛.
