Claims (4)
- 원수가 유입되는 혐기조(10);
상기 혐기조(10)를 거친 처리수가 유입되며, 공기공급를 위한 산기관(A)을 포함하여 이루어지는 간헐포기조(20);
상기 간헐포기조(20)를 거친 처리수 내의 슬러지를 고액분리하여 방류하는 침전조(30); 및
상기 침전조(30)에서 고액분리된 슬러지 중 일부가 유입되고, 유입된 슬러지와 미생물을 반응시켜 상기 간헐포기조(20)로 투입하는 미생물반응기(40);
를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 산기관(A)에 공기를 공급하도록 메인파이프(B1)가 구비되는 외부블로어가 더 구비되되,
상기 메인파이프(B1)에는 복수의 분기관(B2)이 구비되고, 상기 산기관(A)에는 상기 각각의 분기관(B2)에 결합되는 연결관(A1)이 구비되어,
상기 외부블로어로부터 공급되는 에어가 복수의 산기관(A)으로 분기되어 분사되고,
상기 분기관(B2)에는 연결관(A1)을 결합하는 경우에만 에어가 새어나오도록 서로 중첩배열되는 제1차단판(51)과 제2차단판(52)을 포함하는 차단부재(50)가 더 구비되되,
상기 연결관(A1)은 단면을 기준으로 상부 반원을 형성하는 제1분체(A13)와, 상기 제1분체(A13)의 양단에 각각 힌지결합되는 제2분체(A14) 및 제3분체(A15)로 이루어져 단면형상이 원형을 이루도록 하고,
상기 제2분체(A14)와 제3분체(A15)의 서로 접하는 단부에는 각각 서로 다른 극성의 마그넷(A17)이 더 구비되며,
상기 제1차단판(51)에는
복수의 제1배출공(511)이 일정간격 이격 구비되고,
상기 제2차단판(52)에는
일정간격 이격 구비되는 복수의 제2배출공(521)과, 상기 분기관(B2) 상부로 돌출되는 푸쉬부(522)와, 탄성력에 의해 상기 제2차단판(52)의 상승상태를 유지시키는 탄성부재(54)가 더 구비되어,
상기 연결관(A1)을 상기 분기관(B2) 상부에서 상기 제2분체(A14)와 제3분체(A15)를 벌려 끼워 결합하여 상기 푸쉬부(522)가 상기 연결관(A1)의 상부 내측에 의해 눌려 제2차단판(52)이 하강하여 제1차단판(51)과 동심원 위치가 되도록 배열시킨 후 상기 제2분체(A14)와 제3분체(A15)를 닫아 서로 다를 극성의 마그넷(A17)이 서로 부착되어 연결관(A1)을 상기 분기관(B2)에 고정시키면,
상기 제1배출공(511)과 제2배출공(521)이 서로 대응되는 위치에 있어 제1배출공(511)과 제2배출공(521)이 상호 연통되고,
상기 연결관(A1)을 상기 분기관(B2)으로부터 분리시키면,
상기 제2차단판(52)이 상기 탄성부재(54)에 의해 상승하여, 상기 제1배출공(511)이 상기 서로 이격된 복수의 제2배출공(521)들 사이에 위치하여 서로 연통되지 않도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물반응기를 이용한 수처리시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 간헐포기조(20)에는
상기 간헐포기조(20) 후단과 전단을 연결하여, 간헐포기조(20) 후단의 처리수가 간헐포기조(20) 전단으로 반송되도록 하는 내부반송부(R)가 더 구비되어,
처리수의 탈질산반응 효율을 높일 수 있도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물반응기를 이용한 수처리시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 간헐포기조(20)에는
간헐포기조내의 무산소조건 여부 및 호기시간 조건을 설정하는 설정부가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물반응기를 이용한 수처리시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 분기관(B2)의 의 내측에는 메쉬판(53)이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미생물반응기를 이용한 수처리시스템.
