Claims (2)

  1. 철근고정구의 시공방법에 있어서;
    거푸집을 설치하는 거푸집 설치단계와 상기 거푸집(1)을 설치하고 철근(2)을 배근 및 감량볼(3)을 설치하는 철근 배근 및 감량볼 설치단계(S20)와 상기 거푸집(1)에 철근고정구(40)를 삽입하기 위한 철근고정구 삽입구(41)가 형성되는 거푸집 천공단계(S30)가와 상기 철근고정구 삽입구(41)에 철근고정구(40)를 상부에서 삽입하는 철근고정구 상부삽입단계(S40)로 이루어지고;
    상기 철근고정구(40)는 철근(2)을 거푸집(1)에 고정시키기 위한 것이다. 상기 철근고정구(40)는 거푸집결속구(10)와 상기 거푸집결속구(10)에서 연장형성되어 타설되는 콘크리트에 매설되는 연결바(20), 상기 연결바(20)의 단부에 결속되어 연성재질의 철사가 상기 철근에 결박되는 와이어결속수단(30)을 포함하고,
    상기 와이어 결속수단(30)은 꼬아 비틀어 결박되거나 묶어 결박하는 와이어결속수단(30)을 포함하며;
    상기 거푸집결속구(10)는 상기 연결바(20) 단부에서 거푸집(1)을 지지하는 거푸집끼움결속편(12)과 상기 연결바(20)의 단부 측에서 거푸집끼움결속편(12)을 물림 구속하는 결속편물림부(13)를 포함하며;
    상기 철근고정구(40)를 삽입후에 철근고정구(40)이 거푸집(1)에 걸림이 유지되게 당기는 걸림유지당김단계가 포함하며;
    걸림유지되는 상기 철근고정구가(40) 철근을 꼬임결박하는 철근고정구 꼬임결박단계(S50)가 포함하며;
    상기 철근고정구(40)가 철근을 꼬임결박되면 콘크리트를 타설하는 콘크리트 타설단계(S60)가 포함하고;
    상기 콘크리트가 타설되어 양생하는 콘크리트 양생단계가 포함되고;
    상기 콘크리트의 양생 후에 거푸집결속구(10)의 결속편물림부(13)를 회전시켜 제거하는 거푸집결속구(10)) 회전절단제거단계(S70)가 포함하며;
