Description

침전조를 이용한 유수분리장치 {Oil separation device using sedimentation tank}Oil separation device using sedimentation tank {Oil separation device using sedimentation tank}

The present invention relates to an oil-water separation apparatus using a sedimentation tank which separates and removes oil from water in raw water (including waste water and sewage) containing oil (oil, oil residue) and precipitates and removes the solids of the raw water on the floor. will be.

In general, oil-water separation is to separate water and oil from raw water mixed with water and oil, and to treat each other, and wastewater treatment to separate oil components (oil and oil residues) from raw water and reprocess them. Widely used in facilities or power generation facilities.

This oil and water separation is mainly used to remove by the difference in the specific gravity of oil and water. The raw water containing oil is introduced into the treatment tank to filter and remove the oil component floating on the raw water while being fixed. The filter system that filters the oil component while passing through the filter of the representative is typical.

For example, referring to Korean Patent Utility Model Publication No. 20-0296858, a conventional method for collecting and removing oil and lubricated oil spilled in a storage tank or sea surface in a workplace by a collecting means such as a belt skimmer or a metal net skimmer is carried out. In the oil / water separator, both ends of the collecting means are connected to each other and consist of a single rope, and a myriad of fine hairs are formed around the outer circumferential surface of the rope to form a skimmer.

In addition, look at the conventional domestic registered utility model No. 20-0317536, equipped with a primary oil water separator for separating the flow of raw water introduced by using the mounted peeling unit, and the first pre-treated water discharged from the primary oil water separator A secondary oil water separator for separating oil from the secondary oil using a ceramic ball unit, a third oil water separator for separating oil from the secondary oil / water separator from the secondary pre-treated water to a coarse shabu unit, and tertiary oil-water separator; It consists of a storage tank for storing oil discharged from the primary oil separator, the secondary oil separator and the tertiary oil separator.

Conventionally, when oils such as oil and oil residues are separated using the difference in specific gravity between oil and water, large oil molecules are easily separated as they float on the raw water, but when the oil molecules are minute, the oil molecules are not easily floated on the raw water. It takes a long time to significantly reduce the treatment efficiency, there is a problem that the installation cost of the treatment facility increases because the area of the oil and water separation facility is increased to increase the treatment efficiency.

In addition, conventionally, when the raw water containing oil and water is passed through a filter to separate the oil, the oil residues are attached to the solids contained in the raw water and become viscous sludge, and the sludge accumulates between the filters in proportion to the time used. As the flow of the fluid is interrupted, the treatment of oil and water separation is delayed, and thus the treatment efficiency is lowered.

Domestic registered utility model publication No. 20-0296858 is presented. Domestic registered utility model publication No. 20-0317536 is presented.

The present invention is to solve the conventional problems, it is possible to treat the oil molecules of fine particles including large particles of oil molecules in the raw water mixed with oil and water in a short time to increase the treatment efficiency of oil and water separation facilities area The aim is to reduce the installation cost of treatment facilities by minimizing the cost.

In addition, the present invention minimizes the generation of sludge produced by mixing the oil residue and solids contained in the raw water and the accumulation of sludge so that the treatment efficiency of separation of oil and water by sludge is not degraded, so that the oil and water branch function is not lost by the sludge. There is another purpose.

An oil-separation member which performs a function;

Raw water flowing through the process of the oil-water separation member is introduced, the raw water flowing through the filtration tank, comprising a filtration member for performing the oil filtration function by filtering the particles of the oil in the adsorption method from the raw water passing through the filtration tank It provides an oil-water separator using a sedimentation tank, characterized in that.

According to the present invention, by performing a combination of the floating method and the filtration method to separate the oil from the raw water to double the oil water separation, the treatment time of the oil water separation is shortened, the treatment efficiency of the oil water separation is high, the area of the oil separation system is minimized Therefore, there is an effect that can reduce the installation cost of the treatment facility.

In addition, by sedimentation tank sedimentation and removal of the solids of the raw water to minimize the sludge generated by mixing the oil and solids contained in the raw water, the treatment efficiency of oil and water separation by the sludge is always constant, and the function of oil and water separation There is another effect that does not degrade.
