Claims (4)
- 타워를 통해 공중에 수평방향으로 설치되는 집풍형의 나셀 몸체;
상기 나셀 몸체의 내부중심부에 회전 가능하게 설치된 허브 및 상기 허브에 방사상으로 배치된 블레이드를 포함하는 회전자;
상기 나셀 몸체에 수용되어 회전자와 연동하면서 회전하여 발전하는 제너레이터; 및
상기 회전자의 회전축에 설치되어 마그넷을 통해 회전자의 회전을 제동하는 전자식브레이크모듈;
을 포함하며,
상기 제너레이터는 회전축을 중심으로 방사상으로 배치된 코일이 일면에 배열되어 중심부가 전자식브레이크모듈에 고정결합된 원판형의 제1 디스크 및 상기 제1 디스크와 번갈아가면서 상기 전자식브레이크모듈에 설치되며, 상기 회전축을 중심으로 방사상으로 배치된 영구자석이 일면에 배열된 원판형의 제2 디스크를 포함하는 디스크모듈;
을 포함하는 집풍식 풍력 발전장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 디스크모듈은 제2 디스크의 영구자석과 마주보는 일면에 영구자석이 회전축을 중심으로 방사상으로 배열 배치되며, 제1 디스크를 중심으로 상기 제2 디스크의 반대편에 배치되어 전자식브레이크모듈에 설치된 원판형의 제3 디스크;
를 더 포함하는 집풍식 풍력 발전장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 디스크모듈은 회전축을 따라 배열 설치되며, 디스크모듈로부터의 전류공급에 따라 상기 회전축을 연결하거나 분리하는 전자식커플링이 상기 디스크모듈 사이의 회전축에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 집풍식 풍력 발전장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 전자식브레이크모듈 및 전자식커플링을 제어하는 브레이크클러치제어부를 포함하는 메인컨트롤러;
를 더 포함하며,
상기 메인컨트롤러는 제1 디스크에 설치된 반도체퓨즈, 온도센서 및 상기 제2 디스크에 설치된 전력반도체와 전기적으로 연결된 보조제어부;
상기 보조제어부와 연결되며, 블레이드의 표면 균열을 감지하는 크랙 센서;
상기 보조제어부와 연결되는 알피엠제어부에 연결되어 블레이드의 피치를 제어하는 블레이드피치제어부; 및
상기 보조제어부와 연결되고, 엘티이라우터와 연결되는 통신회로;
를 더 포함하는 집풍식 풍력 발전장치.
