Abstract
이에, 본 발명에 따르면, 공간에서 악취원과 접촉 가능성을 높이기 위하여 미세한 액적을 형성하고 형성된 액적의 단위 체적당 개수가 많아야 하고, 공간에 액적이 부유하는 시간을 증대시킬 수 있으며, 악취원이 액적 표면의 물에 녹아 액적 내부로 스며들면서 탈취제와 빠르게 반응할 수 있다.

도 2는 도 1의 단일 노즐의 포그 분사 해석을 통한 포그 액적 크기 해석 및 분사 20초 후 노즐에서 25cm 거리의 입자 분포 그래프,

Claims (6)
- 공급되는 물과 탈취제를 혼합하여 저장하는 물탈취제 공급부와;
상기 물탈취제공급부로부터 공급되는 탈취제가 혼합된 물에 고압을 형성하고, 형성된 고압을 설정된 공간에 미세한 물방울로 분무 가능하게 마련된 포그노즐을 포함하는 포그발생부;를 포함하되,
상기 포그노즐에서 발생한 미세한 물방울은 악취가 발생하는 공간으로 분사되어 악취원을 제거하며,
상기 포그노즐에서 발생되는 액적의 크기는 1~30㎛ 범위이고,
상기 탈취제와 물이 혼합되어 상기 포그노즐에서 분무되는 상기 탈취제의 농도는 밀폐된 세정탑을 포함하는 밀폐된 공간인 경우에 50~1,000ppm 범위이며, 개방되어 야적되고 가림막을 갖는 야적장을 포함하는 개방된 공간인 경우에 10 ~ 200ppm 범위를 포함하고,
상기 탈취제는 차아염소산(HClO)을 포함하고, 상기 차아염소산은, 180liter의 물에 35wt% 염산(Hcl) 0.57 liter를 혼합한 액과 20liter의 물에 9wt%의 차아염소산나트륨(NaOCl) 2.2 liter를 혼합한 액을 혼합하여 제조되는 과정에서 pH값이 6.5 ~ 7 범위에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공간 탈취 시스템. - 삭제
