Description

노화특성 및 냄새가 개선된 타이어 고무 조성물{Tire Rubber Composition with Improved anti-Aging and anti-Stink Properties}[0001] The present invention relates to a tire rubber composition having improved anti-aging properties and smell,

The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire, and more particularly, to a composition for a tire having an anti-aging property and an improved odor while ensuring proper physical properties of the tire, and a tire produced using the same.

The aging of the tire is caused by the unsaturated double bonds of the polymer constituting the tire rubber composition and the ozone and oxidizing substances in the air react with each other and the unsaturated bond is cut off. The appearance of the tire is a crack of the tire, .

In order to prevent the aging of tires, various anti-aging agents such as amine-based and phenylenediamine-based agents are used as a processing aid in the rubber composition for tires and migrated to the tire surface to minimize the cracking phenomenon.

However, since the amine-based antioxidant has a small molecular weight, migration speed to the surface thereof is high, the lifetime is short, and it is not only vulnerable to appearance problems such as opacity and tarnish, but also contains amines, .

As a prior art related thereto, Patent Document 0001 discloses a method of lowering the content of the amine-type antioxidant causing discoloration to less than 2 parts by a method of disposing an anti-aging rubber sheet between a side wall portion and a carcass portion, Since the anti-aging rubber sheet also contains 3 parts by weight of the phenylenediamine antioxidant, it is not free from the problem of appearance discoloration and still contains a problem of odor peculiar to amines.

Therefore, it is inevitable to develop a new antioxidant that can minimize the discoloration of the appearance of tires and improve odor peculiar to amines.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1791889

Accordingly, the present inventors have continuously conducted studies to solve the problems of conventional amine-based antioxidants, developed a new liquid antioxidant prepared by polymerization with LIR, and applied it to rubber compositions for tires. As a result, The present invention has been accomplished based on the finding that the antioxidant properties can be improved while at the same time ensuring adequate physical properties and improving the odor.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition for a tire having an anti-aging property and an appropriate physical property and having improved odor by applying a new antioxidant that can replace the conventional amine-based and phenylenediamine-based antioxidants to a rubber composition .

Further, by specifying the molecular weight and the content of the liquid antioxidant, it is possible to secure not only the prevention of aging and the appearance but also the proper physical properties, and at the same time, the smell is improved.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.

The present invention provides a rubber composition for a tire comprising a raw rubber, a filler and an antioxidant, wherein the antioxidant comprises a liquid antioxidant polymerized by liquid polyisoprene rubber (LIR).

According to the rubber composition for a tire of the present invention, the rate at which the antioxidant migrates to the tire surface can be lowered, so that the aging of the tire can be improved and the appearance improving effect can be improved. At the same time, the problem of the amine- An odor improving effect can be expected.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the liquid antioxidant of the present invention preferably contains a compound represented by the following general formula (1).

1>≪ Formula 1 >

Figure 112017111296596-pat00002

In Formula 1, n is preferably an integer of 100 to 2,000.

The liquid antioxidant is prepared by adding 0.5 to 4.5 parts by weight of an amine-based antioxidant of the following formula (2), 0.5 to 4.5 parts by weight of a liquid polyisoprene rubber (LIR), 1.5 parts by weight of stearic acid as a modifier, Lt; 0 > C for about 30 minutes.

Figure 112017111296596-pat00003
Figure 112017111296596-pat00003

The liquid antioxidant of the present invention is preferably prepared by mixing the amine antioxidant and the liquid polyisoprene rubber in a weight ratio of 1: 1. The proportion of the liquid antioxidant represented by the general formula (1) can be increased through polymerization at the above weight ratio, and the molecular weight of the liquid antioxidant can be prevented from becoming too large.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the molecular weight of the liquid antioxidant is preferably 20,000 to 100,000.

If the molecular weight of the liquid antioxidant is less than 20,000, the molecular weight of the rubber is too small, and the migration speed to the surface of the tire is fast, so that the anti-aging effect and the odor improvement effect may be insufficient. On the other hand, However, since the molecular weight of the rubber is too large, migration to the surface of the tire is not smoothly performed and the anti-aging effect can be reduced.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rubber composition for a tire of the present invention preferably contains the liquid antioxidant in an amount of 1 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the raw rubber.

When the liquid antioxidant is contained in an amount of less than 1 part by weight, the effect of preventing the aging of the tire is not maintained and the odor improving effect is insufficient. When the liquid antioxidant is contained in an amount exceeding 5 parts by weight, And the cost of the tire is increased.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the raw rubber of the rubber composition for a tire of the present invention may be a mixture of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, preferably a mixture of natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber, Can be mixed and used.

The natural rubber is not particularly limited to a rubber used for a tire of a vehicle, and can be widely used depending on applications and functions.

The synthetic rubber may be, for example, styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), polybutadiene rubber (BR), styrene isoprene copolymer rubber, chloroprene rubber (CR), acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), halogenated butyl And halides of copolymers of butylene and p-methylstyrene. Among them, polybutadiene rubber (BR) and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) can be suitably used. In the case of the styrene-butadiene rubber, those prepared by a solution polymerization method in which the styrene content is 25 to 45% by weight and the vinyl content in the butadiene is 40 to 60% by weight can be used.

When the natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber are mixed with the raw material rubber of the present invention, 10 to 30 parts by weight of natural rubber, 30 to 90 parts by weight of styrene butadiene rubber and 10 to 30 parts by weight of butadiene rubber May include.

The rubber composition for a tire of the present invention may contain 5 to 50 parts by weight of carbon black and 30 to 100 parts by weight of silica as a filler.

본 발명의 카본블랙은 DBP(n-dibutyl phthalate) 흡유량이 100~200ml/100g인 것일 수 있다.The carbon black of the present invention may have an oil absorption of DBP (n-dibutyl phthalate) of 100 to 200 ml / 100 g.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the silica of the present invention preferably has a BET specific surface area of 100 to 200 m 2 / g.

If the BET specific surface area of the silica is less than 100 m < 2 > / g, the specific surface area is too small to disperse in the raw rubber and the mixing time may be long, which may result in poor process efficiency and poor wear performance. On the contrary, when the BET specific surface area of silica exceeds 200 m 2 / g, the specific surface area becomes too large and the viscosity of the compounded rubber increases, resulting in a problem of poor processability.

On the other hand, the tire rubber composition of the present invention may further comprise a conventional rubber compounding agent. The rubber compounding agent includes additives such as zinc oxide, stearic acid, sulfur, a vulcanization accelerator, and a pressure sensitive adhesive, and the content of the additives can be easily and arbitrarily adjusted depending on desired properties.

The present invention provides a tire produced by using the rubber composition for a tire.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.

The rubber specimens prepared in Comparative Examples and Examples were measured, and the results are summarized in Table 1 above.

The hardness was measured using a Shore durometer and the 300% modulus and tensile strength were evaluated using a 300% Tensometer (Model 3365, INSTRON). According to ASTM D412-06, MOD 300% is the stress at 300% elongation of the specimen, and tensile strength is the maximum stress when the specimen is cut at a constant speed. It is an index showing excellent crack performance.

Crack characteristics were measured at 12,000 cycles using DMFC (Demattia Flexo Cracking Tester) at room temperature. The crack length (mm) was measured. The smaller the crack length, the better the aging resistance. Each of the aging conditions was evaluated after aging for 48 hours at an ozone concentration of 50 pphm and a temperature of 40 ° C.

The odor component analysis was evaluated according to the MS 300-57 test method, and the smaller the value, the less the odor component.

As shown in Table 1, the rubber specimens of Examples 1 to 3, to which the LIR-polymerized liquid antioxidant of the present invention was applied, were compared with those of the conventional antioxidants and LIR, The tensile properties at the time of comparison are excellent, and the crack size is remarkably small, so that the anti-aging performance is greatly improved, and the odor component is remarkably small.

On the other hand, as the addition amount of the liquid antioxidant of the present invention increases, the effect of preventing aging and odor suppression increases. However, when the addition amount is excessively high, 300% modulus is significantly reduced and tire performance is lowered (Comparative Example 6) It is understood that the addition amount of the liquid antioxidant of the present invention is preferably 1 to 5 parts by weight because the antioxidant effect is small and the tensile strength is low (Comparative Example 5) .
