Description
도 2는 압력 조절 밸브의 동작을 설명하는 단면도이다.
도 3은 유압 제어 회로에 있어서의 오일 펌프의 회전수와, 유로에 설치한 교축부의 상류측의 유압 및 하류측의 유압과의 관계를 설명하는 도면이다.
도 4는 오일 펌프의 회전수와 토크 컨버터압의 관계를 설명하는 도면이다.
도 5는 종래예에 따른 유압 제어 회로를 설명하는 도면이다.
Claims (3)
- 오일 펌프의 토출압을 압력 조절하는 제1 압력 조절 밸브와,
상기 제1 압력 조절 밸브의 출력 유압을, 유압에 의해 제어되는 유압 구동 장치의 입력측 유로에의 공급압으로 압력 조절하는 제2 압력 조절 밸브와,
상기 제1 압력 조절 밸브의 출력 포트와 상기 입력측 유로를 접속하는 제1 유로를 갖고,
상기 제2 압력 조절 밸브는,
상기 제1 유로와 상기 입력측 유로의 접속부에 제2 유로를 거쳐서 접속된 입력 포트와,
상기 제1 유로에 제3 유로를 거쳐서 접속된 구동 포트와,
상기 구동 포트에 입력되는 구동압에 따라서 축 방향으로 변위되는 밸브체와,
출력 포트를 가짐과 함께,
상기 구동 포트에 작용하는 구동압에 따라서 상기 축 방향으로 변위되는 밸브체에 의해, 입력 포트와 출력 포트 사이의 유량을 제어하여, 상기 공급압을 압력 조절하도록 구성된 유압 제어 회로에 있어서,
상기 제1 유로와 상기 제2 유로의 접속부의 상기 제1 압력 조절 밸브측에, 상기 제1 유로와 상기 제3 유로의 접속부를 설치함과 함께,
상기 제1 유로에 있어서, 당해 제1 유로와 상기 제2 유로의 접속부와, 상기 제1 유로와 상기 제3 유로의 접속부의 사이에 교축부를 설치하고,
상기 제1 유로와 제3 유로와의 접속부의 하류측에 상기 교축부가 설치되고, 상기 교축부의 하류측에 상기 입력측 유로 및 상기 제2 유로가 설치되는, 유압 제어 회로. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 압력 조절 밸브는, 상기 오일 펌프와 오일 스트레이너를 접속하는 유로에 제4 유로를 거쳐서 접속된 배출 포트를 갖고 있으며,
상기 밸브체는, 상기 구동압이 소정압 이상이 되면 상기 입력 포트와 상기 배출 포트를 연통시키는, 유압 제어 회로. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유압 구동 장치의 입력측 유로는, 토크 컨버터의 어플라이압 조정용 포트에 접속되는 유로에 연통되는 구성으로 한, 유압 제어 회로.
