Abstract
따라서, 본 발명은 방수 및 단열성능이 우수한 폴리우레아를 채택하여 방수시공을 하여 방수성능 및 단열성능을 극대화시키는 시공을 하되, 속경성 폴리우레아가 도포된 후 경화과정에서 발생하는 소재의 수축현상에도 바탕면에 도포된 바탕조정재가 도포된 폴리우레아를 강력하게 고정하여 바탕면에서 폴리우레아가 슬립(slip)되는 현상을 방지하고, 이때, 경화되는 폴리우레아가 어느 일방을 향하여 편중되게 수축되지 못하게 함으로써, 바탕면으로부터 방수층이 들뜨는 현상을 방지함은 물론, 바탕면에 도포된 바탕조정재가 콘크리트 구조물의 중성화를 방지하게 하는 바탕면의 중성화 방지와 강도증강용 바탕조정재 및 이를 이용한 폴리우레아 방수공법을 제공한다.

Claims (3)
- 히드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸메타아크릴레이트, 에틸헥사아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 부틸메타아크릴레이트를 공중합한 아크릴 에멀젼 15 ~ 35 중량%, 시멘트 25 ~ 45 중량%와, 규사 20 ~ 45 중량%와, 아크릴 혼화제 1 ~ 3 중량%, 셀룰로오스 화이버 0.5 ~ 1 중량%, 소포제 1 ~ 5 중량%, 가소제 10 ~ 20 중량%로 이루어진 바탕면 중성화 방지 및 강도증강용 바탕조정재를 바탕면에 전면도포, 부분 도포, 격자형 도포 중 적어도 어느 하나로 도포하는 단계와;
상기 바탕조정재(100)가 도포된 후 그 상부에 폴리우레아 수지를 도포건으로 도포분사하여 방수층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바탕면의 중성화 방지 및 강도증강용 바탕조정재를 이용한 폴리우레아 방수공법.
