Abstract
이에 따라, 오일챔버의 상부에는 브리더를 구비하고 하부에는 오일회수라인을 두어 오일 챔버의 상부와 하부의 압력차이를 두어 구동축으로 누설된 오일의 흐름이 오일회수라인으로 원활히 회수되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (7)
- 압축실이 형성된 하우징과, 상기 압축실에 설치된 암수 로터와, 상기 암수 로터를 회전시키는 구동축과, 상기 구동축이 가로질러 설치되는 실 커버를 포함하는 스크류 압축기에 있어서,
상기 실 커버와 구동축의 사이에 설치되는 제1립실;
상기 실 커버와 구동축의 사이에 설치되는 제2립실;
상기 제1립실과 제2립실의 사이의 상기 실 커버에 형성되며, 상기 제1립실에서 누설된 오일을 압축실로 복귀시키는 오일챔버;
상기 오일챔버로 외부 공기를 주입하는 브리더; 및
상기 오일챔버와 압축실을 연결하는 회수라인;을 포함하되,
상기 회수라인은 인테이크 밸브와 연결되며, 상기 인테이크 밸브 또는 회수라인에는 오일의 역류를 방지하는 체크밸브가 더 구비되며,
상기 회수라인은 인테이크 밸브가 부하/무부하가 가능한 밸브일 경우는 인테이크 밸브의 흡입구와 인테이크 밸브 내에 있는 체크밸브의 사이에 설치되고,
상기 브리더로 고압 공기를 공급하는 에어공급라인이 더 구비되며, 상기 에어공급라인에는 오리피스가 설치되고, 상기 오리피스는 그 직경을 Ø0.5~2mm로 구성하며, 상기 에어공급라인은 에어 오일 세퍼레이터 탱크와 연결되어 오일이 제거된 고압의 공기를 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크류 압축기.
