Description

벨로우즈의 카다닉 거동을 방지하기 위한 에어 스프링 구조{AIR SPRING STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING CARDANIC OF BELLOWS}BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to an air spring structure for preventing a catadiactic behavior of a bellows,

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an air spring structure, and more particularly, to an air spring structure for preventing a cardiac behavior of a bellows in order to prevent pin holes generated in a bellows of an air spring.

1, the bellows, which is one of the components of the air spring, is provided with a piston rod 40 at a lower center of a top mount 10 connected to a vehicle body, and is installed so as to surround the piston rod 40 The air pressure between the damper 50, the piston inner cylinder 31 and the piston outer cylinder 32 absorbs external vibrations and shocks due to road surface conditions, turning, and the like.

The bellows 20 is constituted by a cord and rubber arranged at regular intervals as a structure favorable to a tensile force so as to withstand a very large air pressure as a member which always receives air pressure equivalent to 7 to 10 bar.

However, air bubbles are generated in the bellows 20 due to pin holes (rubber blowing) in the field, so that the vehicle is subject to a collapse, and a lot of manhours are invested in grasping the influence factors on the bellows life.

As an alternative to solve the above problem, the cardanic behavior can be absorbed and solved by reducing the bushing of the top mount (10) to solve the problem of cardanic (bending) In general, the bearing is mounted on the lower end of the shock absorber to absorb the torsional behavior, thereby inducing the design of the bellows 20 to generate a tensile force due to pure air expansion.

However, the bush of the top mount 10 still hardens over time, and the rubber layer between the cords of the bellows 20 must have a tensile force applied to the rubber in the radial direction. Therefore, As a result, the bellows 20 is subjected to a great deal of catadiatic behavior and pinholes are generated, which is not a fundamental solution.

A structure of an air spring including a top mount applied to connect an upper end of an air spring of an air suspension to a vehicle body, and a piston rod formed in a longitudinal direction at the center of the top mount,
A piston outer cylinder connected to a lower end of the top mount to seal the piston rod from the outside;
A piston inner cylinder spaced apart from an inner circumferential surface of the piston outer cylinder and extending to a lower end of the piston rod;
A bellows joined to an outer circumferential surface of the piston inner cylinder and an inner circumferential surface of the piston outer cylinder and protruding downward convexly to form a closed space; And
And a bearing disposed below the bellows and interposed between the piston inner cylinder and the piston outer cylinder,
The bearings are disposed at two positions so as to face each other with respect to the rotational center of the piston inner cylinder and the piston outer cylinder in the direction of 180 degrees,
A guide groove is formed along the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the piston inner cylinder and the inner peripheral surface of the piston outer cylinder so that a part of the outer peripheral surface of the bearing is embedded,
Wherein the bearing is made of a rolling bearing so as to reciprocate along the longitudinal direction of the piston inner cylinder and the piston outer cylinder,
Wherein a lower bracket for supporting a lower end of the bearing is installed so that the bearing is not separated from the lower end of the piston inner cylinder and the piston outer cylinder.
