도 2는 본 발명에 따른 커플링 분해 및 조립을 위한 장치를 도시하고,

Claims (6)
- 내측에 중공이 형성되는 슬리브부재;
상기 슬리브부재 상측에 배치되는 유압실린더;
상기 슬리브부재의 중공 및 유압실린더의 중심부를 관통하고 양측에 체결부가 형성되는 바아부재;
상기 바아부재에 끼워져 유압실린더 상측에 배치되는 워셔; 및
상기 바아부재에 끼워져 워셔 상측에 배치되며, 상기 바아부재의 일측 체결부와 체결되기 위한 결합부를 포함하여 상기 바아부재에 탈착가능하게 배치되는 고정부재; 및
상기 유압실린더에 호스를 통해 연결되어 유압을 제공하는 유압 잭을 포함하여 수력발전소에서 발전기축과 수차축의 커플링을 분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커플링 분해 및 조립을 위한 장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 체결부는 외주면에 형성된 수나사이고 결합부는 암나사인 것인 커플링 분해 및 조립을 위한 장치.
- 삭제
- 수차축 커플링 볼트 중 적어도 두 개에 탭 가공을 수행하는 단계;
탭 가공된 수차축 커플링 볼트에 청구항 1에 따른 커플링 분해 및 조립을 위한 장치를 설치하는 단계; 및
상기 장치에 유압을 공급하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것인 커플링 분해 및 조립방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 탭 가공이 수행된 수차축 커플링 볼트는 수차축의 중심에 대하여 180도 이격되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 커플링 분해 및 조립방법.
