Description

이산화탄소 환원조를 포함하는 하폐수처리시설에서의 에너지 생산방법{Method of producing energy in sewage and wastewater treatment facility including Carbon dioxide reduction tub}BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a method for producing energy in a wastewater treatment facility including a carbon dioxide reducing tank,

A method for producing energy in a wastewater treatment facility comprising a CO 2 reduction tank is disclosed. More specifically, the CO 2 gas discharged from the biogas power generation facility in the wastewater treatment facility is reduced to hydrogen obtained by electrolysis of the wastewater treated water to produce CH 4 , and the CH 4 is used as the raw material for the biogas power generation facility A method of producing energy is disclosed.

Recently, the energy-saving project of the sewage treatment plant is being promoted. This energy-independent project will be promoted in three stages from 2010 to 2030, with energy self-sufficiency rate of 18% for the first phase (2010-2015), 30% for the second phase (2016-2020) (2030, 2030) to 50% of the goal is to increase. Accordingly, attempts have been made to introduce biogas power generation, small hydro power generation, solar power generation, and sewage heat generation to the wastewater treatment plant. However, such an attempt leads to an increase in business expenses, thereby deteriorating the economical efficiency.

이 제도는 초과 1KAU(Korean Allowance Unit) 당 3만원의 과징금을 징수하도록 규정하고 있다. In addition, since 2015, CO 2 emission trading is being implemented in various industrial facilities such as iron ore and power generation. The system requires the collection of fines of KRW 30,000 per 1KAU (Korean Allowance Unit). For example, steel makers are known for W200bn.

Furthermore, the water quality standards of the wastewater discharge water have recently been strengthened. For example, total organic carbon (TOC) and total nitrogen (T-N) restrictions will be introduced or enhanced. As a result, there is a need to introduce an advanced oxidation facility and to secure an additional external carbon source as an appropriate treatment method for wastewater discharge water. However, since the advanced oxidation facilities such as the photocatalyst facility and the ozone oxidation facility have to use high power, there is a problem in contrary to the energy self-sufficiency project carried out in the wastewater treatment facility.

Therefore, there is an urgent need for a new concept of wastewater treatment technology that can solve all the requirements such as reducing CO 2 in the wastewater treatment plant, producing energy by itself, and meeting the water quality standard of the wastewater discharge water.
