Claims (8)
- 실리콘을 포함하는 실리콘 소오스 및 고체 탄소 소오스 또는 유기 탄소 화합물을 포함하는 탄소 소오스를 혼합하여, 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
진공로 내에서 상기 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계; 및
상기 진공로 내에서 상기 반응을 제어하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계에서, 상기 진공로의 진공도는 상기 혼합물이 반응할수록 높아지며, 반응 생성물 가스가 발생하고,
상기 반응을 제어하는 단계는 프로세스 가스(process gas) 또는 상기 반응 생성물 가스를 투입하는 단계이며,
상기 프로세스 가스는 불활성 가스 또는 질소(N2)를 포함하고,
상기 반응 생성물 가스는 일산화탄소(CO)를 포함하고,
상기 프로세스 가스에 의해 상기 반응을 제어하는 단계에서의 상기 진공로의 진공도는, 상기 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계에서의 상기 진공로의 진공도보다 낮고,
상기 반응 생성물 가스에 의해 상기 반응을 제어하는 단계에서의 상기 일산화탄소의 발생 속도는, 상기 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계에서의 상기 일산화탄소의 발생 속도보다 느린 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 프로세스 가스 및 상기 반응 생성물 가스는 동시에 투입되는 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 삭제

상기 실리콘 소오스는 실리카졸, 이산화 실리콘, 미세 실리카 및 석영 분말로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 고체 탄소 소오스는 카본 블랙, 카본 나노 튜브 및 풀러렌으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서.
상기 유기 탄소 화합물은 페놀 수지, 프랑 수지, 크실렌 수지, 폴리이미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리비닐 알콜, 셀룰로오스, 피치, 타르 및 당류로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계는,
상기 유기 탄소 화합물을 탄화시키는 단계; 및
상기 탄화된 유기 탄소 화합물과 상기 실리콘 소오스를 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법.
