Description

자율주행 무인비행체 및 이동형 무인부체를 이용한 하천 녹조지도 작성 시스템{SYSTEM FOR MAPPING RIVER WATER-BLOOM MAP USING AUTOMATIC DRIVING UNMANNED AIR VEHICLE AND UNMANNED FLOATING BODY OF MOVING TYPE}BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a system for mapping green algae using an autonomous traveling unmanned aerial vehicle and a moving type unmanned aerial vehicle,

More particularly, the present invention relates to a system for mapping a river green tide, and more particularly, to a system for expressing a spatial distribution range and a moving phenomenon of a river green tide, The present invention relates to a system for mapping a green algae stream using an aviation body and a moving type unmanned body.

Recent changes in the physical environment of rivers and lakes due to climatic changes, for example, water shortage, and so on, have led to serious social problems such as algae from reservoirs and reservoirs dedicated to water sources. In particular, blue-green algae is potentially toxic among various algae from water reservoirs and reservoirs, and a fundamental reduction measure is needed. In addition, such cyanobacteria can cause economic problems and social problems such as an increase in the water treatment cost for the water source in which the mass proliferation is performed and restriction of the amusement in the vicinity of the river.

In Korea, the government operates a bird alert system for 28 rivers and lakes across the country. The purpose of introducing the bird alert system is based on Article 21 of the Law on the Protection of Water Quality and Aquatic Ecosystems. To provide stable supply of tap water. It is a system in which water is distributed according to the extent of the occurrence of the green tide.

According to the Enforcement Decree of the Water Quality Act recently amended from January 2016, the concentration of chlorophyll-a, which has been confirmed to be low in the representation of green algae, is removed from the algae warning indicator and unified with the number of harmful bivalve cells, When the criterion is exceeded, a bird alert is issued. Of course, in order to ensure the safety of hydrophilic activity and to ensure safe supply of tap water, it is appropriate to manage it with harmful blue-green algae cells such as the revised algae warning system. However, There is a drawback that it takes time. In addition, a separate integrated monitoring technique is needed to monitor the phenomenon of algae, diffusion area, and movement in large - scale area rivers and lakes.

The conventional method for monitoring river water quality has been based on, for example, sampling a representative point using a vessel such as a boat, analyzing predetermined water quality items, and reporting it. However, when the measurement range is widened, or when there is a lot of junction points of a small river adjacent to a large river, and the inflow of pollutants further flows, the river water quality monitoring method according to the conventional technique is performed by adding additional sampling points The efficiency of water quality monitoring is deteriorated.

In order to overcome the limitations of the conventional water quality monitoring method, there have been increasingly applied remote sensing techniques utilizing UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) or commercial satellites. In particular, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), such as Drone, have been applied in many fields such as military, agriculture, marine environment, forest, disaster / disaster, agriculture, environment and river management.

On the other hand, the sensor attached to the remote sensing apparatus can be applied to a near-infrared (NIR) spectrophotometer or an ultra-spectral image sensor in addition to a general camera device. However, in case of this image sensor, it is necessary to carry out a correlation analysis separately from the river water quality index because the measurement value can be changed according to the weather condition of the measurement point and the river environment condition and the measurement value is extracted by the relative deviation do. Accordingly. Periodic sampling or on-site water quality measurement data should be used using a vessel such as a separate boat.

According to the conventional technique, it is necessary to utilize the water quality measurement network data because the measurement point between the facility equipment for the water quality measurement network is large and the measurement is performed only at the fixed point, There is a problem.

) Is used to determine the degree of convenience between the average of the entire river 210 to be measured and the water quality at each point. Since the relative difference is a normalized value reflecting the difference in the concentration level of each water quality item, the weighted average is calculated by taking the arithmetic average or the relative importance of each water quality item into account when determining various water quality items . This average relative difference (
Figure 112017015684084-pat00019
), The volatility may be relatively large. Here, the standard deviation of the mean relative difference
Figure 112017015684084-pat00020
Is calculated by the following equation (4).

Figure 112017015684084-pat00021
Figure 112017015684084-pat00021

Figure 112017015684084-pat00022
Figure 112017015684084-pat00023
At this time, the standard deviation of the mean relative difference
Figure 112017015684084-pat00022
Means that the variability of the water quality change with respect to the entire average of the target stream 210 as the water is small. Therefore, the standard deviation of the mean relative difference (
Figure 112017015684084-pat00023
) Determines the optimal measurement point by appropriately selecting the point where the bias is canceled out among the small points.

Next, referring to FIG. 9, a reference point is measured for correcting the position of the photographed image, and the self-driving unmanned aerial vehicle 110 is photographed according to the set flight path at step S120. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the autonomous traveling unmanned aerial vehicle 110 uses the image sensor 120 at a height of about 200 m on the ground along a predetermined flight path 210, (S121). Then, the photographed image data is stored in the data logger 113 (S122). For example, the image sensor 120 may be a near infrared (NIR) image sensor, an optical multispectral sensor, or a hyperspectral sensor. The image sensor 120 may include a chlorophyll- For the estimation, the near infrared (NIR) image sensor has spectral reflectance of 600nm ~ 900nm or red and NIR wavelength, the multi-spectral image sensor is 400nm ~ 500nm wavelength and 600nm ~ 700nm wavelength band, , And the ultra-spectral image sensor captures spectroscopic images to measure the spectral reflectance of the wavelength range of 400 nm to 600 nm and 650 nm to 750 nm.

(S132).Referring to FIG. 9 again, the moving type unmanned body 130 measures the water quality by water depth at a measurement coordinate point along a predetermined movement path 240 of the measurement target stream 210 (S130). That is, when the measurement coordinate point of the movable type unmanned body 130 is selected by the above-described Equations (1) to (4), the water quality according to the depth of water is measured while moving for each point. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the moving type unmanned body 130 is moved along the movement path 240 corresponding to the water quality measurement coordinate point to measure water quality by depth (S131), and thereafter, The data is stored in the data logger (S132).

(S140).Next, the photographed image data and water quality measurement data for each water depth are collected, and the water quality data for each water depth is matched (S140).

(S154).Next, preprocessing and post-processing of the collected data are performed, and an image is processed (S150). That is, unnecessary images are removed from the collected image data, pre-processing such as image distortion correction and geo-coding is performed, and then post-processing such as image registration, security facility, and personal information processing is performed. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, after preprocessing and post-processing of collected data, image matching processing is performed (S151), and then a ground reference point is inputted (S152) (S153), and then calculates and stores the normalized vegetation index (NDVI) data (S154).

Next, data analysis and map mapping are performed (S160). Specifically, time-series analysis and statistical analysis are performed on the generation, disappearance, movement, and diffusion of the parameters to be analyzed with the photographed images of the autonomous navigation unmanned aerial vehicle 110. That is, the image processing unit 130 processes and classifies the image data photographed from the autonomous traveling unmanned aerial vehicle 110 and the water quality measurement data of the water depth measured from the moving type unmanned body 130, and maps the orthophoto images on a map.

Next, a river green tide map of the river 210 area is created (S170). Accordingly, it is possible to create a river greenery map expressing the spatial distribution range of the river green tide and the movement phenomenon on the map so that the water quality of the measurement subject river 210 can be profiled not only in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction but also in the water depth.

11 is a view showing image data acquired from an unmanned aerial vehicle for mapping a river green tide using an autonomous traveling unmanned vehicle and a moving type unmanned vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 11, the image data obtained from the unmanned aerial vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention extracts accurate feature points between individual images by an object recognition algorithm such as a generalized SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform) The images can be matched to each other using the same feature points.

That is, in the SIFT object recognition algorithm, an ortho image is generated from a plurality of images by automatically and repeatedly performing the image matching process. In the case of the orthoimage thus generated, a position error occurs. To correct the position error, a ground reference point is used before the image is captured by the autonomous navigation unmanned vehicle 110. The ground reference point is a point The accuracy of the cloud can be improved.

FIG. 12 is a graph showing the relationship between the chlorophyll-a value of the river by the near-infrared spectroscopic data obtained from the unmanned aerial vehicle and the moving unmanned body for the purpose of mapping the river green tide using the autonomous traveling unmanned aerial vehicle and the moving unmanned aerial vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention Fig.

(Normalized Distribution Vegetation Index:

Figure 112017015684084-pat00024
Referring to FIG. 12, the spectral data used for mapping the river green tide using the autonomous navigation unmanned aerial vehicle and the moving type unmanned aerial vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention includes, for example, a near infrared ray image sensor The normalized distribution vegetation index (hereinafter referred to as " normalized distribution vegetation index ") obtained by statistically processing near-infrared spectral values reflected from the surface of the measurement target stream 210,
Figure 112017015684084-pat00024
), And the normalized vegetation index is given by the following equation (5).

Figure 112017015684084-pat00027
Here, the NIR represents an observation value in the near infrared region, and the VIS is an observation value in the visible region, and uses a red region when it is spectroscopic. At this time,
Figure 112017015684084-pat00026
Values range from -1 to 1, and are treated as digital images
Figure 112017015684084-pat00027
A linear transformation is required so that the value ranges from 0 to 255.

Figure 112017015684084-pat00028
Specifically, the normalized vegetation index (
Figure 112017015684084-pat00028
) Is an index developed to grasp the vegetation characteristics existing on the measurement target surface by using the spectral difference occurring in the near-infrared region channel and the red light region channel of the visible light region. This normalized vegetation index is used as an index related to vegetation as a unitless copy value. In addition, the normalized vegetation index is a vegetation index normalized by observing the red light band and the near-infrared band in the visible light region and has a value ranging from "-1" to "+1", and the distribution characteristics and biomass of the plant It is used as a possible value. Here, the negative value means that there is no vegetation, and the larger the positive value, the higher the vitality of vegetation.

Specifically, the calculation principle of a general vegetation index is based on the fact that the reflectance difference of the green plant is large in the visible light (especially in the red region) and the near infrared region, and a constant expression is applied to the observed image in the two regions, .

(Normalized Distribution Vegetation Index:

Figure 112017015684084-pat00029
At this time, the Normalized Distribution Vegetation Index ("
Figure 112017015684084-pat00029
) Is the most commonly used vegetation index. The difference between the two images of visible light and near infrared rays is used to emphasize the reflection characteristics of the vegetation and is generalized by dividing it by the sum of two images. In general, the reflectance of each wavelength by vegetation varies depending on the angle of incidence of the sunlight and the angle of the satellite, and the observed values vary depending on the atmospheric conditions.

On the other hand, chlorophyll-a is a pigment that phytoplankton absorbs light required for photosynthesis. It is an index for evaluating the eutrophication state of the aqueous environment because the distribution of phytoplankton in the water system can be determined by measuring the amount of chlorophyll-a. Chlorophyll a is detected low in the red wavelength range of the ultrasound image sensor and high in the NIR wavelength band.

13 is a graph showing the results of estimating the chlorophyll-a value of the entire stream by analyzing the correlation between the image data and the measured values in order to map the river greenhouse using the autonomous traveling unmanned vehicle and the moving type unmanned body according to the embodiment of the present invention FIG.
