Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a printing apparatus, and more particularly, to a printing apparatus capable of simultaneously printing a predetermined pattern on a plurality of molds.
Unlike glasses, contact lenses are in contact with the cornea of the eye. Contact lenses correct the visual acuity by refracting light in contact with the cornea. The contact lens does not protrude to the outside like a pair of glasses, thereby improving the activity of the wearer. In addition, contact lenses implement color and design, increasing the aesthetic effect.
In order to implement a color or design on a contact lens, a predetermined pattern must be printed on the lens. A predetermined pattern is printed on a mold using a printing apparatus, and then a lens having a predetermined pattern can be produced by producing a lens using a mold. Therefore, in order to increase the production amount of the lens or to print various patterns, the structure of the printing apparatus is important.
An embodiment of the present invention is to provide a printing apparatus capable of simultaneously printing a predetermined pattern on a plurality of molds.
One embodiment of the printing apparatus according to the present invention is a printing apparatus comprising a frame, a conveying unit disposed in the frame for conveying a mold, at least one printing unit disposed on the conveying unit, for printing a predetermined pattern on the mold, And at least one fixing part disposed adjacent to the transfer part and fixing the mold transferred from one side of the transfer part to the lower part of the printing part, the transfer part including a first transfer belt extending from one side of the frame to the other side, A second conveyance belt disposed substantially parallel to the first conveyance belt, a partition disposed between the first conveyance belt and the second conveyance belt, a belt for driving the first conveyance belt and the second conveyance belt, And a drive unit.
The partition walls are spaced apart from each other along the first conveyance belt in correspondence to the fixing portions.
The apparatus may further include a vertical driving unit for vertically moving the partition.
The barrier ribs may include first barrier ribs arranged in one direction in a cross section, and second barrier ribs protruded from the first barrier ribs.
The fixing unit may include a first fixing unit and a second fixing unit disposed opposite to each other with the transfer unit interposed therebetween.
The second partition may have a first groove disposed in a region facing the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion.
The second partition may include an inclined portion gradually protruding from the first groove along the first partition, and a horizontal portion extending from the inclined portion along the first partition.
At least one of the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion may include a supporting plate having a second groove into which at least a part of the mold is inserted, and a driving cylinder connected to the supporting plate.
Further, the support plate is linearly moved by the drive cylinder.
The partition wall has a through hole through which at least a part of the support plate is inserted.
The fixing unit and the printing unit may be disposed along the conveyance unit.
In addition, the printing unit may include a printing pad for printing the predetermined pattern, and a third cylinder for moving the pad unit in a first direction.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a predetermined pattern can be simultaneously printed on a plurality of molds fed in parallel by the first conveyance belt and the second conveyance belt.
In addition, a plurality of printing units are arranged in a line on the conveying unit. Further, the plurality of fixing portions are disposed at the lower portion of each printing portion along the conveying portion. Thus, a plurality of different patterns can be successively printed on one mold.
