Abstract
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명 히트펌프 시스템을 이용한 LNG운반선 및 LNG추진선용 기화기의 LNG 기화방법은 해수를 이용하는 히트펌프 시스템에 의해 열매체를 가열하기 때문에 종래의 스팀을 형성하는 보일러설비에 비해, 소형의 설비로 운용이 가능하여, 장소의 제약이 적고, 또한 운용비용이 적게 들기 때문에 경제적으로도 이점이 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본 발명 히트펌프 시스템을 이용한 LNG운반선용 기화기의 LNG 기화방법을 나타낸 시스템 개요도.
도 3은 해수를 이용하여 1단의 순환사이클에 의한 중온수 히트펌프 시스템을 이용한 LNG운반선용 기화기의 기화방법을 나타낸 시스템 개요도.

Claims (3)
- LNG운반선 및 LNG추진선의 저장탱크(100)에 저장되어 있는 액체상태인 LNG를 기화기에서 기화시켜 엔진(400)에 공급하는 히트펌프 시스템을 이용한 LNG운반선 및 LNG추진선용 기화기의 LNG 기화방법에 있어서,
상기 기화기(300)의 내부에서 액체상태인 LNG를 기체상태로 기화시키는 열매체는 해수를 이용하는 히트펌프 시스템(600)에 의해 열교환되어 가열되고,
상기 해수를 이용한 히트펌프 시스템(600)은 1단의 순환사이클에 의해 중온수를 생성하여 기화기(300) 내에서 열매체와 열교환하여 LNG를 기화시키며,
상기 해수를 이용한 히트펌프 시스템(600)은 2단의 순환사이클에 의해 고온수를 생성하여 기화기(300) 내에서 열매체와 열교환하여 LNG를 기화시키는 것이되,
상기 히트펌프 시스템(600)은 해수를 이용하는 것으로서, 난방 또는 냉방운전의 조건에 따라 증발기와 응축기의 역할로 가변하는 만액식 열교환기(1, 2)가 열원 측과 부하 측에 모두 설치되어 있되, 압축기(3)로부터 배출되는 고온고압의 냉매는 냉방운전조건에서는 열원측 열교환기(1)와 부하측 열교환기(2)의 순으로 냉매가 순환하고, 난방운전조건에서는 부하측 열교환기(2)와 열원측 열교환기(1)의 순으로 냉매가 순환하는 것으로,
난방운전조건에서는 상기 열원측 열교환기(1)가 증발기 역할을 하고, 부하측 열교환기(2)는 응축기 역할을 하며, 냉방운전조건에서는 상기 열원측 열교환기(1)는 응축기 역할을 하고, 부하측 열교환기(2)는 증발기 역할을 하며,
상기 열원측 열교환기(1)와 부하측 열교환기(2) 간에는 오일을 회수하기 위하여 별도의 제1연결관(L1)에 의해 서로 연결되고, 상기 제1연결관(L1)에는 판형 열교환기(6)로 연통되는 제2연결관(L2)이 연결되어 있되, 상기 판형 열교환기(6)는 응축기를 나온 고온고압의 냉매액과 증발기에서 나온 저온의 오일과 열교환 과정이 이루어지도록 하여 고온의 오일은 압축기(3)로 유입되도록 하고, 과냉된 냉매액은 팽창변(7)을 통해 증발기로 유입되도록 하는 것이 특징인 히트펌프 시스템을 이용한 LNG운반선 및 LNG추진선용 기화기의 LNG 기화방법.
