도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 구조용 직교집성판상재의 단면도이다.
도 3의 (a) 내지 (d)는 본 발명에 따른 구조용 직교집성판상재의 제조 과정을 설명하기 위해 순차적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 구조용 직교집성판상재의 다양한 실시 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 구조용 직교집성판상재 제조를 위한 층재 규격의 일 예를 도시한 표이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 구조용 직교집성판상재의 규격의 일 예를 도시한 표이다.

Claims (7)
- 탄성계수의 최소값이 9KN/㎟이상인 국산침엽수를 제재한 복수의 제1층재(111)를 섬유방향이 서로 평행하도록 폭 방향으로 병렬로 배치 접착하여 평행겹층판재(110)를 제조하고, 탄성계수의 값이 3 ~ 8 KN/㎟인 수심(樹心)을 갖는 복수의 제2층재(121)를 수심방향이 서로 평행하도록 배치 접착하여 직교겹층판재(120)를 제조하는 제1공정;
상기 직교겹층판재(120)에 접착제를 도포한 상태에서 상기 평행겹층판재(110)와 직교겹층판재(120)의 섬유방향을 서로 직각으로 교차시켜 적층 접착한 상태에서 가압압체하는 제2공정;
상기 제2공정을 통해 압체된 구조용 직교집성판상재(100) 표면에 설정된 간격으로 결합공(101)을 형성하고, 결합공(101)에 다보(130)를 끼우는 제3공정;
상기 제3공정 후, 상기 구조용 직교집성판상재(100)의 4면을 절단한 후, 제혀쪽매맞춤이 가능하도록 구조용 직교집성판상재(100)의 일측에는 끼움홈(103)이 형성되고, 구조용 직교집성판상재(100)의 타측에는 끼움홈(103)에 대응되는 형상으로 끼움돌기(104)를 형성하는 제4공정;
상기 제4공정 후, 연마장치로 구조용 직교집성판상재(100)의 표면과 이면을 연삭하여 구조용 직교집성판상재(100)의 두께를 조정하는 제5공정;으로 구성되며,
상기 제1층재(111)는 국산침엽수를 제재한 판재 또는 각재이고, 상기 제2층재(121)는 수심(樹心)을 갖는 중단면의 정사각재이며,
상기 제3공정은 드릴 가공하여 원형으로 결합공(101)을 형성하고, 상기 결합공(101)에 접착제를 도포하고 상기 다보(130)로서 원기둥 형태의 목재다보를 끼우는 공정이며;
상기 결합공(101)은 150 ~ 300㎜간격을 유지하며 드릴 가공을 통해 16㎜ 직경을 갖도록 원형으로 형성하고, 상기 다보(130)는 16㎜ 직경을 갖도록 원기둥 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 직교집성판상재의 제조방법.
