Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명의 저 pH 항미생물 용액의 가속 (40℃) 보관 수명 유리 유효 염소 (FAC) 테스트에 대해 확립된 회귀선 플롯을 도시한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 저 pH 항미생물 용액으로 처리한 후에 슈도모나스 아에루기노사 (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) 샘플의 세포 토포그래피를 나타내는 전자 현미경사진을 도시한다.
도 3은 pH 7.5의 선행 기술 용액으로 처리한 후의 슈도모나스 아에루기노사 샘플의 세포 토포그래피를 나타내는 전자 현미경사진을 도시한다.

Claims (70)
- 차아염소산 및 물을 포함하고, 4.9 내지 5.6의 pH를 가지며, 10 mg/L 내지 250 mg/L의 유리 유효 염소(free available chlorine) 함량을 갖고, 4 mg/L 내지 120 mg/L의 클로라이드 이온 함량을 가지며, 일염기성 인산나트륨과 이염기성 인산나트륨의 조합물인 완충제를 추가로 포함하는 저 pH 항미생물 용액으로서, 여기서 유리 유효 염소의 농도는 저 pH 항미생물 용액의 제조 후 적어도 2개월 동안 초기 농도로부터 70% 이상으로 유지되는 것인 저 pH 항미생물 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차아염소산을 5 mg/L 내지 200 mg/L의 양으로 포함하는 용액.
- 제2항에 있어서, 차아염소산을 7 mg/L 내지 110 mg/L의 양으로 포함하는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 60 mg/L 내지 150 mg/L의 유리 유효 염소 함량을 갖는 용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4 mg/L 내지 65 mg/L의 클로라이드 이온 함량을 갖는 용액.
- 차아염소산 및 물을 포함하고, 4.9 내지 5.6의 pH를 가지며, 10 mg/L 내지 250 mg/L의 유리 유효 염소 함량을 갖고, 4 mg/L 내지 120 mg/L의 클로라이드 이온 함량을 가지며, 일염기성 인산나트륨과 이염기성 인산나트륨의 조합물인 완충제를 추가로 포함하는 저 pH 항미생물 용액으로서, 여기서 유리 유효 염소의 농도는 저 pH 항미생물 용액의 제조 후 적어도 2개월 동안 초기 농도로부터 70% 이상으로 유지되는 것인 저 pH 항미생물 용액을 포함하는, 환자에서 외과적 절개, 구강 수술, 조직이식 수술, 체내이식 수술, 장기이식 수술, 소작술, 절단술, 방사선, 화학요법 또는 이들의 조합, 또는 화상, 절단, 마찰상, 찰과상, 발진, 궤양, 자상 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 손상되거나 피해를 입은 조직을 치료하기 위한 약제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용액이 차아염소산을 5 mg/L 내지 200 mg/L의 양으로 포함하는 것인 약제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 용액이 차아염소산을 7 mg/L 내지 110 mg/L의 양으로 포함하는 것인 약제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용액이 60 mg/L 내지 150 mg/L의 유리 유효 염소 함량을 갖는 것인 약제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 용액이 4 mg/L 내지 65 mg/L의 클로라이드 이온 함량을 갖는 것인 약제.
- 일염기성 인산나트륨과 이염기성 인산나트륨의 조합물 및 물을 포함하는 완충 용액에 염소 기체를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 차아염소산 및 물을 포함하고, 4.9 내지 5.6의 pH를 가지며, 10 mg/L 내지 250 mg/L의 유리 유효 염소 함량을 갖고, 4 mg/L 내지 120 mg/L의 클로라이드 이온 함량을 가지며, 일염기성 인산나트륨과 이염기성 인산나트륨의 조합물인 완충제를 추가로 포함하는 저 pH 항미생물 용액으로서, 여기서 유리 유효 염소의 농도는 저 pH 항미생물 용액의 제조 후 적어도 2개월 동안 초기 농도로부터 70% 이상으로 유지되는 것인 저 pH 항미생물 용액을 제조하는 방법.
