Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, 내피용 에어 캡 포장백과 외피용 필름 포장재를 일체로 구성함으로써, 제품의 완충 포장을 용이하게 하여 그 포장비용을 절감하는 효과가 있다. 또한, 에어 캡의 내구성이 향상됨으로써, 안정적인 완충 포장이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

Claims (7)
- 일측이 개구되어 내부에 제품을 수용할 수 있는 필름 포장백(1)과,
상기 필름 포장백(1)의 내부에 삽입되며, 일측이 개구되어 내부에 제품을 수용할 수 있는 에어 캡 포장백(2)과,
상기 에어 캡 포장백(2)의 내부에 삽입되는 가스백(3)을 포함하고,
상기 필름 포장백(1)은 두 장의 합성수지 시트에 의해 형성되되,
개구된 일측에 연장부(11)가 구비되며, 상기 연장부(11)는 두 장의 합성수지 시트 중 어느 하나가 연장되어 형성되고, 상기 연장부(11)에 접착테이프(12)가 구비되며,
상기 필름 포장백(1)의 외면에 인쇄층(13)이 형성되고,
상기 에어 캡 포장백(2)은,
베이스 필름(21)과,
상기 베이스 필름(21) 상면에 합지되며 에어 엠보들이 형성되는 엠보싱 필름(22)을 포함하되,
상기 베이스 필름(21)과 엠보싱 필름(22)은 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되고,
상기 에어 캡 포장백(2)은,
상기 엠보싱 필름(22)의 상면에 합지되는 보호 필름(23)과,
상기 엠보싱 필름(22)과 보호 필름(23)의 사이의 공간부에 충진되는 충진재(24)를 더 포함하되,
상기 충진재(24)는 셀룰로오스이고,
상기 가스백(3)은 두 장의 폴리에틸렌 백(31) 사이에 가스(32)가 충진되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 구조의 완충 포장백.
