Claims (3)
- 딥 드로잉 방식을 적용하는 피스톤(12)에 의해 승강 작동하는 캡형 블랭크 홀더(10)의 내측 및 하단으로 캡형 펀치(20)가 단일체로 설치된 하부금형과 캡형 블랭크 홀더(10)의 상부로 캡형 다이(30)가 설치되고 캡형 다이(30) 사이에 피스톤(42)에 의해 승강 작동하는 캡형 정예압 패드(40)가 단일체로 설치된 상부금형으로 구성되는 프로그래시브 금형을 이용하여 성형물을 제조함에 있어서,
상기 프로그래시브 금형에 순차적으로 형성되는 하부금형에서 오일(O)이 충입된 오일챔버(11)와 피스톤(12)에 의해 승강 작동하는 캡형 블랭크 홀더(10)에 피스톤(12)이 승강작동 시 오일(O)이 오일챔버(11)에서 핀홀(52)을 따라 스프링(S)이 설치된 오일회수 챔버(51) 사이를 유동할 수 있게 하고 상부금형에서 오일(O)이 충입된 오일챔버(41)와 피스톤(42)에 의해 승강 작동하는 캡형 정예압 패드(40)에 피스톤(42)이 승강작동 시 오일(O)이 오일챔버(41)에서 핀홀(52)을 따라 스프링(S)이 설치된 오일회수 챔버(51) 사이를 유동할 수 있게 하여 판형재료(W1)를 하부금형 상으로 인입시켜 프레스 슬라이드의 연속적인 승강작동에 의해 단일 프로그래시브 금형으로 캡형 성형물(W)을 제조할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 딥 드로잉방식의 프로그래시브 단일금형에서 성형물의 제조방법.
