상기 마우스피스(4)의 전방 중심부에 고정되어 착용상태에서 사용자의 턱 아래쪽으로 돌출되도록 하나 이상의 절곡부(2a)가 형성되는 중심관체(2);
상기 중심관체(2)의 후단부에 결합되며 연질합성수지로 제작되는 양갈래의 스노클(5);
상기 스노클(5)의 후단부에서 양갈래의 스노클을 인접하게 연결시키는 연결수단(10);을 포함하여 구성되며,
중심관체(2)와 한 쌍의 스노클(5)과 연결수단(10)에 의해 형성되는 공간부(A)로 사용자의 머리를 넣어 착용하고,
