A work roll changing apparatus for a rolling mill is disclosed. A work roll changing apparatus of a rolling mill according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a moving unit provided so as to be movable forward and backward with respect to a rolling mill including a pair of upper and lower work rolls and a pair of upper and lower work rolls The clamping unit being provided between the pair of upper and lower work rolls and clamping the work roll from the inside to the outside, and an outer clamp provided outside the pair of work rolls for clamping the outer side And an outer clamp for clamping the work roll inward.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rolling mill, and more particularly, to a work roll changing apparatus for a rolling mill which can easily implement a work roll pull-in and pull-out operation for a finishing operation in a rolling process.
In the field of steel manufacturing, cold rolled steel sheets are manufactured through a series of processes such as pickling, cold rolling, cleaning, annealing, temper rolling and correction.
Among them, the cold rolling step is a step of rolling a metal material such as steel or stainless steel at a temperature close to normal temperature. The metal material is rolled between rotating rolls to reduce the thickness or the cross- (Rolling, rolling).
In the cold rolling process, the rolling apparatus includes a plurality of rolling rolls, such as work rolls and backup rolls, inside the housing. The work roll changing device of the rolling mill according to the embodiment of the present invention is intended to be able to quickly exchange a pair of upper and lower work rolls in a short time.
