Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a reinforcement bracket for a lane separator, and more particularly, to a reinforcement bracket for a lane separator which is highly responsive to a vehicle collision and is capable of preventing breakage of the broken portion, To a reinforcing bracket.
Generally, a lane separation means a facility installed on a road to separate roads according to the direction of the vehicle or to spatially separate traffic flows or to prevent unauthorized crossing of pedestrians. In particular, It also has features to be restored.
Prior art relating to such a lane dividing line includes a vertical support formed in two rows as disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1016706 (hereinafter referred to as "
Also, as disclosed in Korean Utility Model Application No. 20-2012-0005099 (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art Document 2"), there is provided an endless transverse bending tackle using plastic such as waste rubber of elastic material and waste tire, And a shock absorber function, as well as a technique for preventing a large-scale accident from occurring, such as a middle separating endless crossing of the road, has been proposed.
However, in the
Particularly, after the breakage, the joint shaft portion of the broken portion is separated from the horizontal support and then released, thereby providing a cause of secondary accident.
In the prior art documents 2 to 3, since the vertical supports are installed as one, not only the support force against the vehicle collision is weak, but also the broken parts are scattered in the case of collision damage, thereby causing a secondary accident.

As shown in the figure, the
Each of the
The reinforcing
The reinforcing
The end portions of the
The
The reinforcing
According to the present invention, the reinforcing bracket of the present invention is configured such that the parts of the reinforcing brackets of the horizontal member which are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance and are not connected to each other are fixedly connected to each other by a reinforcing member provided on the fixing pad, And has high responsiveness so as to minimize damage to the generated impact.
That is, since the portion of the horizontal member spaced apart from each of the engagement shaft rods is vulnerable to the impact, the reinforcing bracket of the present invention can have a high connection fixation force, so that it can have a high response force against the impact.
Particularly, the metal wire, which is a reinforcing member provided on the fixing pad, is more suitable for the impact generated in the event of a vehicle collision, and moreover, even if a part of the coupling shaft rod is damaged, Since each end of the metal wire is also fixed, it is possible to prevent a part of the coupling shaft portion of the broken portion from being detached and separated. Thereby preventing a secondary danger that may occur due to the breakaway of the broken part.
Therefore, the reinforcing bracket of the present invention simply fastens and locks the coupling shaft of the horizontal member, so that it is tightly and firmly supported and fixed by the metal wire as the reinforcing member together with the connection fixing, The damage can be minimized and, in particular, the damaged portion is also prevented from being detached and separated, so that secondary safety is also excellent.
Fig. 4 is a partially exploded perspective view for explaining another embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 5 is a partial plan sectional view according to Fig.
As shown in the figure, in the above-described configuration, the fixing pads are brought into contact with each other so that the parts to be connected and fixed can be instantaneously pivoted by instantaneous rotation even when the parts are momentarily generated by a vehicle or the like.
In other words, the end portions of the
The
Each of the ends of the
When the instantaneous impact due to a vehicle collision is applied to each of the coupling shafts of the horizontal member coupled to each other in a mutually facing manner, each end of each of the fixed pads, which is brought into contact with each other, is rotatably supported by the hinge shaft, It is possible to have a buffering force due to rotation, and also have a condition to cancel the impact force.
So that the fracture rate of the joint due to the collision is also minimized.
6 is a perspective view showing various embodiments of a fixing pad according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in the figure, the fixing pads including the reinforcing member and surrounding the coupling shaft of the horizontal member can be connected and fixed in various forms according to the size and condition of the horizontal member.
In other words, the
Also, the
This is to enable the horizontal member to be selectively used according to the size and condition of the horizontal member, so that it can be applied smoothly to various product groups.
