Claims (16)
- 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한, 변속기 내 장치이며, 상기 장치는 변속기의 하나 이상의 부품에 연결될 수 있고, 하나 이상의 측면에서 유압식으로 작동하는 도그 클러치는 실질적으로 변속기의 베어링 캐리어(1) 내부에 배치되며, 도그 클러치는 공통 부품으로서 작동 피스톤도 형성하는 시프팅 도그(3, 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D)를 포함하고, 도그 클러치의 작동을 위해 실린더(4)가 하우징에 고정되는, 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한 장치에 있어서,
시프팅 도그(3, 3A, 3B)는 축방향으로 변위될 수 있도록 샤프트(5)에 반경 방향 외측으로 배치되며 변속기의 하나의 부품의 고정을 위해, 하우징에 고정된 베어링 캐리어(1)에 회전 불가능하게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 시프팅 도그(3, 3A)는 체결 위치에서 크라운 기어 치형부(10)에 의해 자동 변속기의 유성 기어 세트(9)의 선 기어(8)에 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시프팅 도그(3B)는 체결 위치에서 스플라인(12)에 의해 자동 변속기의 유성 기어 세트(9)의 선 기어(8)에 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베어링 캐리어(1)와 실린더(4)는 도그 클러치의 작동을 위해 별도의 부품으로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베어링 캐리어(1)와 실린더(4)는 도그 클러치의 작동을 위해 하나의 공통 부품으로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시프팅 도그(3, 3C)는 체결 위치로의 이동을 위해 유압식으로 작동할 수 있으며, 이 경우 시프팅 도그(3, 3C)를 개방 위치에 유지시키기 위한 리턴 스프링(7, 7A)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시프팅 도그(3A, 3B, 3D)는 양측에서 유압식으로 작동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 크라운 기어 치형부(10, 17) 또는 스플라인(12, 13, 21, 24)은 볼 형태 또는 콘 형태로 구현되거나, 언더컷을 갖는 형태로 또는 모따기부 또는 반경을 단부 측에 갖는 형태로 또는 중심 설정 콘을 갖는 형태로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나 이상의 도그 클러치를 구비한 장치.
