Abstract
본 발명은 수삼을 90~96 ℃의 온도에서 3~5시간 건조하는 단계; 상기 건조된 수삼을 45~55℃에서 36~48시간 동안 증숙하는 단계; 상기 증숙된 수삼을 40~60℃에서 2~4시간 동안 건조하는 단계; 상기 건조 단계 및 증숙 단계를 5~9회 반복하여 규격화된 흑삼을 제조하는 단계; 70% 에탄올로 상기 흑삼을 1차 추출하여 1차 추출물을 제조하는 단계; 70% 에탄올로 상기 1차 추출 후 남은 흑삼을 2차 추출하여 2차 추출물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 1차 및 2차 추출물을 여과, 혼합 및 농축하여 농축물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 농축물을 동결건조하여 분말 형태로 표준화 소재를 제조하는 단계; 구아바잎을 추출하여 구아바잎 추출물을 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 표준화 소재에 상기 구아바잎 추출물, 기타 영양분 및 식품학적 첨가제를 혼합하여 혈당 조절 조성물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금산흑삼 표준화 소재를 이용한 혈당조절 기능성 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 상기 규격화된 흑삼으로 표준화된 흑삼을 이용함으로써, 기준치 이하 벤조피렌을 함유하거나 아예 벤조피렌을 함유하지 않으며, 항산화 효과를 보유하고 있으며 또한 인체에 유익한 미량 진세노사이드가 증진되어서 함유되어 있는 특징을 보유하고 있다.`
상기 표준화 소재는, 유전독성이 없고 또한 혈당을 조절할 수 있는 효능을 보유하고 있다.
Description
도 2는 증숙 횟수에 따른 금산흑삼 추출물에서 검출된 벤조피렌 함량을 나타낸 표이다.
도 3은 홍삼과 금산흑삼의 증숙 및 건조 횟수에 따른 진세노사이드 함량의 변화를 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 5증 흑삼의 진세노사이드 함량을 분석한 그래프이다.
도 5는 증포별 금산흑삼의 총 페놀 함량을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6은 증포별 금산흑삼의 조회분, 조단백질 및 조지방 함량 분석을 나타낸 표이다.

Claims (6)
- 수삼을 90~96 ℃의 온도에서 3~5시간 1차 건조하는 단계;
상기 건조된 수삼을 90~96℃에서 3~5시간 동안 증숙하는 단계;
상기 증숙된 수삼을 50~60℃에서 36~48시간 동안 2차 건조하는 단계;
상기 증숙 단계 및 2차 건조 단계를 5~9회 반복하여 규격화된 흑삼을 제조하는 단계;
70% 에탄올로 상기 흑삼을 1차 추출하여 1차 추출물을 제조하는 단계;
70% 에탄올로 상기 1차 추출 후 남은 흑삼을 2차 추출하여 2차 추출물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 1차 및 2차 추출물을 여과, 혼합 및 농축하여 농축물을 제조하는 단계;
상기 농축물을 동결건조하여 분말 형태로 표준화 소재를 제조하는 단계;
구아바잎을 추출하여 구아바잎 추출물을 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 표준화 소재에 상기 구아바잎 추출물 및 식품학적 첨가제를 혼합하여 혈당 조절 조성물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금산흑삼 표준화 소재를 이용한 혈당조절 기능성 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혈당 조절 조성물을 제조하는 단계는,
상기 표준화 소재 15~20중량%, 상기 구아바잎 추출물 65~70중량% 및 상기 식품학적 첨가제까지 총합 100중량%가 되도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금산흑삼 표준화 소재를 이용한 혈당조절 기능성 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혈당 조절 조성물을 제조하는 단계에서,
비타민 C, B1 및 B2 중 하나 이상을 추가로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금산흑삼 표준화 소재를 이용한 혈당조절 기능성 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 규격화된 흑삼은 벤조피렌 함량이 기준치 이하로 포함되어 있거나 아예 포함되어 있지 않으며, 진세노사이드 Rg5, Rk1 및 Rh4을 10~14 mg/g 함유하고 있으며, 총 폴리페놀 함량이 15~23 mg/g 을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금산흑삼 표준화 소재를 이용한 혈당조절 기능성 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 표준화 소재는,
유전독성이 없고, 900 mg/kg(체중기준, 경구투여 기준) 복용하였을 때, 혈당 강하가 15~17%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금산흑삼 표준화 소재를 이용한 혈당조절 기능성 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 5에 기재된 방법 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 제조된 혈당 조절 기능성 조성물.
