Claims (7)
- 웨이퍼로부터 다이를 픽업하여 공급된 기판 상에 실장하는 실장부;
상기 기판을 지지하여 다이가 기판 상에 실장되도록 하는 실장 컨베이어;
상기 실장 컨베이어와 평행하게 배치되며, 기판을 진행방향으로 이송시키는 버퍼 컨베이어;
상기 실장 컨베이어와 상기 버퍼 컨베이어 사이를 왕복 가능하며, 상기 실장 컨베이어에 기판을 공급하는 공급 컨베이어;
상기 공급 컨베이어와 대향하여 위치하며, 상기 실장 컨베이어와 상기 버퍼 컨베이어 사이를 왕복 가능하게 구비되어 기판을 이송시키는 셔틀 컨베이어;
상기 실장 컨베이어로부터 실장을 마친 기판을 진행방향을 따라 외부로 이송시키는 배출 컨베이어를 포함하고,
상기 공급 컨베이어, 셔틀 컨베이어 및 배출 컨베이어는 상호 평행하게 이격되어 배치되는 3열의 레일 상에서 각각 왕복 이동 가능하도록 설치되는 기판실장장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실장 컨베이어와 버퍼 컨베이어는 복수로 구비되고,
상기 셔틀 컨베이어는 상기 복수의 실장 컨베이어 및 버퍼 컨베이어의 사이에 위치하는 기판실장장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실장 컨베이어와 버퍼 컨베이어는 복수로 구비되고,
상기 버퍼 컨베이어는 상기 복수의 실장 컨베이어에 모두 기판이 존재할 경우, 공급된 다른 기판을 이송하지 않고 상기 복수의 실장 컨베이어 중 하나의 실장 컨베이어에서의 실장이 종료될 때까지 상기 공급된 다른 기판을 보관하는 기판실장장치.
