BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a corner binding joint of an LED lamp, and more particularly, to a binding joint for connecting frames to each other and fixing them to each other at corners of a rectangular lamp.
The appearance of the luminaire is being developed variously from aesthetic and functional point of view. A luminaire attached to or mounted on a ceiling can be divided into a circular luminaire with a rounded rim and a square luminaire with a polygonal rim, depending on the dominant form.
Figs. 4 and 5 are diagrams of a square type luminaire disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2011-0113701 as an example of a rectangular type luminaire according to the prior art. The rectangular lamp of FIG. 1 has a substantially rectangular shape in front, and a portion corresponding to each side of the rectangle is formed of a metal frame 330 to secure a strong force. The frame 330 is used for the diffusion plate 310, (370). These frames 330 form the side surfaces of the finished luminaire. At the corner portions where the frames 330 meet, the side caps 390 are arranged to engage the neighboring frames 330 and fix them to each other. Although brackets 410 are provided to obtain a sufficient bonding strength when the pair of frames 330 are coupled to each other, the side cap portion 390 is exposed to the outside. In order to maintain the appearance of the side cap, It is necessary to have a height that is equal to, or at least substantially similar to, the height of the frame 330.
Meanwhile, the height of the side cap 390 varies depending on the size and shape of the luminaire, the characteristics of the installation site, whether the installation method is a straightening type, an embedded type, a pendant type, 330, respectively. Therefore, in order to manufacture various luminaire, besides various height frames, various side height caps are required, which increases the manufacturing cost and the logistics cost for the parts storage.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a corner coupling joint for an LED lighting fixture which is adjustable in height so that even if the height of the frame constituting the lighting fixture is changed,

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lighting apparatus comprising: a main body having a pair of slots for accommodating a frame of the rectangular lamp, the main body being disposed at a vertex of the rectangular lamp, And an adjusting block fixed to the upper end.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a corner coupling hole adapted to the height of a frame having different heights by the combination of the main body and the adjustment block. Therefore, the corner joints according to the present invention can be used in different models of the luminaire, thus avoiding the inconvenience of preparing corner joints of different heights depending on the model of the luminaire.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a height adjustable corner fastener for an LED lamp according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of an embodiment of a corner binding member for a height-adjustable LED lamp according to the present invention.
The corner binding member according to the present invention includes a main body 10 and an adjusting block 20. The main body 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and has a shape in which the height (T 1 ) of each side is lower than the length of each side of the upper surface with respect to the drawing direction. However, since the shape of the main body 10 is for improving appearance rather than for solving a technical problem, it may be changed in any form as needed.
A pair of slots (11a, 11b) extend from two sides of the main body (10) toward the inside of the main body (10). Virtual lines extending from the pair of slots 11a and 11b become orthogonal to each other. The slots 11a and 11b are for inserting the end of the frame (50 and 51 in Figs. 2 and 3) for forming the side surface of the luminaire. Therefore, the cross-sectional shapes of the slots 11a and 11b are formed to correspond to the cross-sectional shapes of the frames 50 and 51. [ Here, the frames 50 and 51 are usually formed by extruding a metal material, and thus have a profile in which the shape of the cross section in the width direction is kept constant. Further, the frames 50 and 51 form side surfaces of the luminaire, and include a portion in the form of a generally thin plate material, and the plate material is arranged in a form standing up and down. When the frames 50 and 51 include a plate material, the cross-sectional shapes of the slots 11a and 11b are formed to accommodate the plate material. At this time, the engaging projections 12a and 12b may protrude from the main body 10 to strengthen the coupling force between the main body 10 and the frames 50 and 51, respectively. The engaging projections 12a and 12b are provided adjacent to the slots 11a and 11b for fitting into grooves or holes formed on the sectional profiles of the frames 50 and 51, respectively.
The adjustment block 20 is mounted on the upper surface of the main body 10. The adjustment block 20 forms an outer surface of a corner portion of the luminaire together with the main body 10 and has a shape similar to that of the main body 10. [ That is, the adjustment block 20 may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape as in the case of the main body 10. 1 and 3, the adjusting block 20 has a shape partially cut away from the rectangular parallelepiped. Slots 21a and 21b are also formed from two sides of the adjustment block 20, respectively.
