Abstract
본 발명은 고정시스템과 서까래/장선 고정 시스템과 벽체 피복 시스템과 격막 보강 시스템 및/또는 안전한 실내 시스템의 각각의 특징들이 함께 작용하며 통합되도록 벽체 보강시스템을 사용함으로써 전체 벽체구조(56)를 효과적으로 활용한다.
본 발명은 폭풍기간 동안 지붕 또는 벽체를 경유하여 1차 방수벽이 손상되는 경우 폭풍우로부터 합리적인 방벽을 유지시키기 위해 이용되는 2차 방수 밀봉을 제공한다.

- 건물 구조물이 폭풍의 파괴적인 힘을 견뎌내고 관련된 비의 유입을 최소화하거나 방지하기 위해 구조적 완전성을 제공하는 건설 시스템에 있어서,
빌딩 구조에 연결된 다수의 서브시스템을 포함하며,
상기 빌딩 구조는 다수의 스터드를 가지는 벽체 구조물과 트러스 또는 장선과 서까래의 조합을 포함하는 다수의 요소를 구비한 지붕 구조를 가지며, 상기 다수의 서브시스템은:
기초 내에 부분적으로 매립되는 두 개의 고정 잠금구로 된 다수의 세트를 제공하며, 상기 두 개의 고정 잠금구의 일부분이 상기 기초로부터 연장되도록 된, 고정 시스템;
상기 스터드 중 인접한 스터드들 사이에 개별적으로 위치하는 다수의 구조적 기둥을 갖는 벽체 보강 시스템으로서, 상기 두 개의 고정 잠금구의 상기 부분들이 모두 상기 구조적 기둥에 연결되며, 상기 구조적 기둥은 반대편에서 지붕 구조에 연결되어 상기 지붕 구조의 다수의 요소와 상기 벽체구조물을 상기 구조적 기둥을 이용하여 상기 기초에 함께 결합하는 벽체 보강 시스템; 및
윈드 빔 시스템을 포함하며, 상기 윈드 빔 시스템은:
상기 장선 중 하나 및, 상기 장선으로부터 가로 질러서 연장하며, 인접한 제1 및 제2 서까래에 연결된 왕대공에 연결되는 윈드 빔 현재 연결구;
인접한 제1 및 제2서까래와 상기 왕대공에 연결되는 윈드 빔 용마루 연결구; 및
상기 윈드 빔 현재 연결구와 상기 윈드 빔 용마루 연결구를 상기 왕대공에서 독립하여 연결하는 윈드 빔 연장부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 시스템. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 벽체 보강 시스템은, 상기 구조적 기둥의 양 단부에 각각 연결되는 제1 및 제2 고정 브라켓을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 서브시스템은, 트러스의 상,하현재와 연결되는 서까래 고정 연장부를 가지는 서까래/장선 고정 시스템을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 서브시스템은, 구조적 기둥의 하나와 지붕 구조물의 서까래와 장선에 각각 연결되는 다수의 서까래 고정 연장부를 가지는 서까래/장선 고정 시스템을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설 시스템.
