Abstract
상기 내화물은 외측은 경량단열 내화물로 내측은 일반내화물로 형성되고, 상기 내화물의 “U"홈 표면에는 초내열강으로 된 내피가 설치되는 것을 그 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 초내열강으로 된 내피는 중량%로 Cr 55~65%, W 2~6%, Mo 0.5~10%, Ni 2~5%, Nb 0.5~5%, Ti 0.2~1%, B 0.2~0.5%, Al 0.2~5%, Mn 0.4~1%, Si 0.6~1.5%, 탄소를 0.3~0.8, 잔부 Fe로 조성되어 융점이 1,600도가 넘는 합금을 주조하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의하면 값이 저렴한 내화물과 주강제품을 사용함으로서, 기존의 슬래그 러너 스파우트가 스피넬계의 비싼 내화물로 축조되어 사용하고 있는 것에 비하여 재료비도 싸고, 시공비, 보수비, 교체비 등 총 재료비가 적게 드는 것이 가능하여 경제성이 매우 높고,
본 발명의 경량 단열 및 일반 내화물로 만든 베이스 스파우트는 한번 설치로 거의 영구적으로 사용할 수 있으며, 초 내열합금으로 된 내피 부분만 교체해주면 되므로 유지 보수비가 크게 절감되고,
본 발명의 내피는 슬래그와 잘 붙지 않으면서 설치 및 교체가 편리하여 고로(용광로) 조업중에 발생하는 슬래그 응고 사고에 대하여 손쉽게 처리할 수 있어 작업시간 단축에 의한 노동 생산성을 높일 수 있고,
기존의 내화물은 파손(Crack)이 발생하면 곧바로 슬래그가 유출되는 사고로 이어질 수 있지만 당 발명품은 내피를 금속으로 형성하였기 때문에 파손(Crack)이 내화물처럼 한꺼번에 일어나지 않고, 육안으로 확인이 가능함으로 사고로 이어지지 않으며, 따라서 안전성면에서도 큰 효과가 있다

Claims (3)
- 슬래그가 흘러가도록 “U"홈이 중앙부에 형성된 내화물과, 상기 내화물을 감싸면서 형태를 지지하도록 된 금속 재질의 외피로 구성된 슬래그 러너 스파우트에 있어서, 상기 내화물은 외측이 경량단열 내화물로 내측이 일반내화물로 형성되는 2층구조로 하고, 상기 내화물의 ”U"홈 표면 위에는 초내열강으로 된 내피가 설치되어 있되, 상기 내피는 측면보다 바닥면이 더 두껍게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래그 러너 스파우트
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내피는 탄소(Carbon) : 0.3~0.8%, 크롬(Cr) : 50~65%, 닉켈(Ni) : 2~5%, 텅그스텐(W) : 0.5~5%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.2~6%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.3~8%, 보론(B) : 0.1~0.5%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.1~1%, 알미늄(Al) : 0.1~5%, 망간(Mn) : 0.5~1%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.5~1.5%, 유황(S) : 0.02이하, 인(P) : 0.02이하, 철(Fe) : 잔량 으로 이루어진 초 내열강인 것을 특징으로 하는 슬래그 러너 스파우트 - 삭제
