Description

COFFERDAM STRUCTURE AND COFFERDAM METHOD USING THE SAME}TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to a construction method for constructing a construction,

More particularly, the present invention relates to a construction method for constructing a construction structure for a building, and more particularly to a construction method for constructing a construction structure for a building, .

Generally, the construction of the caustic works is carried out to prevent water from entering the sea or river during construction of structures such as dams, seawalls, gates or bridges.

Conventional construction methods for such water film construction include a method using a sheet file, a method using a caisson method, or a method of pouring out stones and soil.

Here, the method using the sheet file is a method of continuously preventing the water by installing the sheet file formed by the plate, and there is a limit point suitable for a small scale water tank such as a river trench rather than a large water tank construction like the ocean.

In addition, the caisson method is a method of making the foundation by making the caisson which is the base of the structure and grounding the caisson while excavating the earths in the ground, and there is a problem that it is accompanied with great difficulty in transportation and installation due to the high weight of the caisson .

Also, there is a problem that the construction method using sandstone and soil requires a long construction period and requires a lot of construction cost.

As a prior art of the present invention, there is a prefabricated antifouling block disclosed in Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0989916.

The prior art includes a base block; A vertical block extending vertically above the base block; A projection protruding from a side surface of the vertical block; An engaging groove formed on a side surface opposite to the projection; A step formed on the entire bottom surface of the base block; And an inlet for introducing water into the space formed inside the base block and the vertical block.

In this prior art, water is introduced into the base block and the vertical block through the inlet port while the base block and the vertical block are assembled successively while forming the water film embankment.

However, in the prior art, since the base block and the vertical block are configured in the form of a wall, there is a limitation that they are continuous only on both sides through assembly with another base block and a vertical block.

Accordingly, the prior art only forms a fence-like closure through the wall-shaped blocks, so that there is a limitation in that the closure can not be achieved while reinforcing any part of the fowl.

Also, in the prior art, when water is injected into the base block and the vertical block, when the block is dismantled, it must be dismantled in a state of being inserted into the water block, so that a lot of equipment and power must be used.

Korean Patent Publication No. 10-0989916

The construction method of the above-mentioned phlegm film using the construction structure for a phlegm film according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 7 and 8. Fig.

(S100).The constructor fixes one pile block 100 by placing it on the bottom surface of the installation site (S100).

Specifically, the constructor moves the pile block 100 to the crane, presses the pile block 100 with the pillar, and fixes the pile block 100 on the floor surface.

(S200).Then, the constructor applies a weight such as stones or water to the accommodation space 120 of the pile block 100 to provide weight to the pile block 100 (S200).

(S500).Then, the constructor repeats steps S200, S300, and S400 for another pile block 100 to form a levee for the water film as shown in FIG. 7 (S500).

At this time, in the bank formation step S500, as shown in FIG. 7, the distribution of the pile blocks 100 is differently assembled according to the direction of the currents of the rivers and the oceans, thereby enlarging the bank width of the portion to which algae are applied.

That is, in the bank formation step S500, the width of the bank is varied by assembling another pile block 100 in a radial state to the pile block 100 as needed.

(S600).As shown in FIG. 7, the constructor installs supports 600 at equal intervals on both sides of the bank to reinforce the bank (S600).

The piles may be reinforced by disposing a pile block 100 provided with an extension 800 shown in FIG. 9 on the outside of the bank.

When the depth of the pile block 100 is deeper than the length of the pile block 100, the constructor fixes the extension block 400 to the upper portion of the pile block 100 through the vertical fastener 500, Expand.

As described above, according to the present invention, the pile block 100 has a polygonal shape, and the pile block 100 and the radial pile block 100 are separated by the horizontal connector 200, The width of a portion of the bank can be increased as needed, so that it is possible to reinforce a part of the bank, for example, to which algae are applied.

According to the present invention, the pile block 100 is provided with a receiving space 120 and filled with a weight such as water. Thus, the pile block 100 can be provided with a weight and can be firmly fixed, When the communication hole 150 is formed in the lower part of the pile block 100, water is introduced into the accommodation space 120 during the installation of the pile block 100, The workability can be improved as it is discharged naturally through the communication hole 160.

In addition, according to the present invention, since the length of the pile block 100 can be extended by the extended pile 400 and the vertical connector 500, the height of the bank can be extended according to the depth of the installation position.
