Abstract
본 발명에 따른 액화가스 처리 시스템은, 냉매라인에서 응축기로부터 배출되는 냉매가 응축기로 공급되는 냉매를 냉각시키고, 냉각된 냉매는 기액분리기에서 공급되는 플래시가스에 의해 더 냉각되어, 냉매의 부피가 감소됨에 따라, 팽창기 유입량이 줄어 팽창기 출력을 절감할 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 액화가스 저장탱크에 연결되는 증발가스라인;
상기 증발가스라인 상에 마련되며, 상기 액화가스 저장탱크에서 발생된 증발가스를 가압하는 증발가스 압축기;
상기 증발가스라인 상에 마련되어, 상기 증발가스 압축기에서 가압된 증발가스를 냉매를 이용하여 열교환시키는 응축기;
상기 응축기를 경유하여 냉매가 순환되도록 마련되는 냉매라인;
상기 냉매라인 상에 마련되어 냉매를 다단으로 가압하는 냉매 압축기;
상기 증발가스라인 상에 마련되어, 상기 응축기에서 열교환된 증발가스를 감압시키는 증발가스 갑압기;
상기 증발가스라인 상에서 상기 증발가스 감압기의 하류에 마련되어, 상기 증발가스 감압기에서 감압된 증발가스에서 플래시 가스를 분리시키는 기액분리기;
상기 기액분리기에서 상기 증발가스 압축기의 상류까지 연결되어 상기 플래시 가스를 상기 증발가스 압축기로 공급하는 기체 회수라인; 및
상기 기체 회수라인 상에서 상기 기액분리기의 하류에 마련되되, 상기 응축기로 공급되는 냉매와 상기 응축기에서 배출되는 냉매가 열교환되도록 상기 냉매라인에서 상기 응축기의 하류와 상류를 경유하도록 마련되고, 상기 기액분리기에서 공급되는 플래시 가스와 상기 응축기에서 공급되는 냉매를 열교환시키는 냉매 예냉열교환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 처리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉매라인에서 상기 응축기의 하류에 마련되어 상기 냉매 압축기에 의해 가압되어 상기 응축기에서 열교환된 냉매를 팽창시키는 팽창기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 처리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기액분리기에서 상기 액화가스 저장탱크까지 연결되어 상기 기액분리기에서 분리되는 액체상태의 증발가스를 상기 액화가스 저장탱크로 회수하는 액체 회수라인을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 처리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉매 압축기에서 압축된 냉매가 상기 냉매 예냉열교환기에 유입되어, 상기 냉매 압축기에서 압축되기 전의 냉매와 플래시가스에 의해 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화가스 처리 시스템.
