Description

Rotary reactor}Rotary reactor

[0001] The present invention relates to a rotary reactor, and more particularly to a rotary reactor, which is capable of increasing the energy content of biomass, coal, waste, and carbon-containing materials and performing thermal treatment such as gasification, pyrolysis, To a rotary reactor.

Generally, the excess sludge of food waste, livestock manure or wastewater generated in homes, restaurants, and food processing factories is incinerated, dried and pulverized, fermented and recycled as fertilizer or feed, and microorganisms And then decomposing and disappearing it.

However, in incineration, much energy is required due to incineration, which not only requires a lot of expenses, but also has a problem that toxic gas such as dioxin is inevitably generated, which has a fatal effect on the human body. As a method of recycling as feed or fertilizer, And drying method is causing secondary pollution problem due to waste gas and waste water discharge which are harmful to the human body. In the fermentation method and the conventional extinction method, the microorganisms are severely decomposed It is a fact that it is avoided because of bad smell.

An example of a conventional rotary kiln type drying apparatus, which is one of the conventional methods that take such problems into consideration, will be described. First, a rotary kiln system is a drying method using a direct heat. A drying drum installed on the roller and rotatably installed by the motor, a combustion furnace for supplying heat to the drying drum, a steam exhaust duct connected to the drying drum for discharging water vapor generated from the drying drum, A dust collector for purifying exhausted water vapor and waste water, and the like.

However, in the conventional rotary kiln type drying apparatus having such a structure, it is difficult to install a temperature sensor and other measurement sensors inside the drying drum for measuring and controlling the internal temperature owing to the rotation of the drying drum, It is difficult to collect various data.

Further, due to rotation of the bulky drying drum during the reaction, it is difficult to seal the rotary shaft, so that external air is introduced into the drying drum, which makes it difficult to ensure the purity of the reaction material, There is a problem that not only the carbonized material but also the nitrogen in the produced gas is contained and the energy capacity is lowered.

Also, since the bulky drying drum itself needs to be rotated, it is difficult to assemble various accessories such as bearings for supporting the rotation of the drying drum, and the production cost of equipment is increased.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above background, and it is easy to mount various sensors compared to a conventional rotary kiln type drying apparatus, And it is an object of the present invention to provide a rotary reactor capable of achieving an important half-carbonization (biosensing) of the biomass field, which can not be in contact with oxygen as a preparation process for obtaining a large amount of thermal energy.

In addition, since the rotation shaft and the housing portion are sealed, and the outer housing that surrounds the driving portion and the housing portion is provided, it is possible to prevent the outside air or the like from penetrating into the housing portion, The purpose is to provide.

To achieve these and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the present invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, there is provided a portable terminal comprising: a housing part having a plurality of wings rotatably supported around a rotation axis formed by being axially spaced apart; A driving unit for providing a driving force to the rotary shaft at an outer side of the housing unit; A reaction material supply unit for supplying a reaction material into the housing unit; And a heating gas supply unit for supplying a heating gas into the housing unit.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, since the rotating shaft provided inside the housing part is rotated to stir the reaction material, it is easy to mount various sensors in comparison with the conventional rotary kiln type drying apparatus, It is possible to carry out a torrefaction process in which biomass industry should not react with oxygen in order to concentrate heat energy in the biomass industry by blocking the input of external foreign substances and external air, It is possible to assure the purity of the reaction material when performing the assurance and reaction process, and it is possible to assemble and mount on the field by transporting various parts because the inner rotating blades are assembled, And the outer wall constituting the housing part is fixed, and only the inner wing portion is fixed Since the type and to adjust and control the amount of exhaust amount and the reaction material input to the effect that can be used in batch and continuous mode.

As shown in these drawings, the rotating reactor 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of wing portions 101 that rotatably support a rotating shaft 103 formed by being spaced apart in the axial direction, A housing part 105 provided with a sensor part; A driving unit 107 for providing driving force to the rotating shaft 103 from the outside of the housing unit 105; A reaction material supply part 109 for supplying a reaction material into the housing part 105; And a heating gas supply unit (201) for supplying a heating gas into the housing unit (105).

The housing part 105 is provided in a hollow cylindrical shape. Various sensors such as a temperature sensor are provided inside the housing part 105.

Unlike the conventional rotary kiln type drying apparatus in which the drying drum rotates, the housing unit 105 in the rotary reactor 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is fixed without being rotated, Various measurement sensors such as a temperature sensor can be easily provided inside the housing part 105. [

A plurality of wing portions 101 are axially spaced apart from each other in the housing portion 105. The rotating shaft 103 is supported by the housing portion 105 through both side walls thereof do.

That is, the rotating shaft 103 is rotatably provided inside the housing part 105, so that the reactive material injected into the housing part 105 can be evenly mixed and stirred.

A sealing process is performed to prevent the outside air from penetrating into the housing part 105 at the position where the rotating shaft 103 is supported by the housing part 105 (that is, both side walls of the housing part 105) Such a sealing process can be provided as an elastic material packing, for example.

In addition, a sight glass 1001 is provided on one side wall or both side walls of the housing part 105 so that an operator can confirm the inside of the housing part 105. Such a sight glass 1001 is formed in a multi- .

The end of the wing portion 101 formed on the rotary shaft 103 may be formed by being bent toward the direction A in which the rotary shaft 103 rotates as shown in FIG. The reaction material inside the housing part 105 is lifted upwards from below and is then sent downward again to be evenly mixed.

The brush part 1701 may be provided at the end of the wing part 101 so that the end of the wing part 101 and the end of the housing part 105 The reactive material in the space between the end of the wing portion 101 and the outer wall of the housing portion 105 is smoothly dropped by the brush portion 1701, .

Of course, the brush portion 1701 may be formed as a brush having densely arranged wires. Alternatively, the brush portion 1701 may be formed as a pad portion such as a silicon pad or a rubber pad.

The wings 101 formed on the rotating shaft 103 are provided in a detachable manner so that the number of the wings 101 can be appropriately adjusted as the case may be. The provision of the preformed structure facilitates the adjustment of the agitating force of the reaction material and the maintenance / repair cost of the rotary reactor can be drastically reduced as compared with a system in which the wing portion 101 is integrally coupled to the rotary shaft 103.

That is, in the case where the wing portion 101 is integrally coupled to the rotating shaft 103, the rotating shaft 103 to which the wing portion 101 is integrally coupled must be entirely replaced to improve the agitating force of the reacting material, In the case where the wing portion 101 is assembled to the rotation shaft 103 as in the embodiment of the present invention, when only the wing portion 101 is further coupled to the rotation shaft 103 to improve the engaging force of the reaction material Thus, the maintenance / repair cost of the rotary reactor can be remarkably reduced.

The partition wall 1101 may protrude from the inner circumferential surface of the housing part 105. When the housing part 105 is inclined at a predetermined angle, The reaction material which is being reacted in the reaction part is prevented from being deviated in one direction, and the reaction material is prevented from being discharged to the discharge part 131 without reaction.

The partition wall portion 1101 is formed so as to face between the wing portions 101 disposed adjacent to each other in the axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of the housing portion 105, And may be provided in the shape of a protruding portion extending radially inwardly on a part of the inner circumferential surface.

Then, the driving unit 107 provides a driving force to the rotating shaft 103 from the outside of the housing unit 105.

The driving unit 107 may be configured as a motor, a worm gear, or the like, and may be configured to transmit a driving force to the rotating shaft 103 in various other ways.

The driving unit 107 and the housing unit 105 may be disposed inside the outer housing unit 119. The outer housing unit 119 that surrounds the driving unit 107 and the housing unit 105 may be provided. It is possible to more effectively prevent the outside air or the like from penetrating into the housing part 105.

The reaction material supply unit 109 is provided to supply the reaction material to the inside of the housing unit 105. The structure of the reaction material supply unit 109 will be described in more detail. ) Includes a storage tank (111); A connection pipe 113 connecting the lower part of the storage tank 111 and the housing part 105; A blade rotating shaft (not shown) driven by a driving motor 115 and rotating inside the connection pipe 113 to draw reaction material into the housing part 105 from the storage tank 111 into the connection pipe 113 117). ≪ / RTI >

The storage tank 111 is provided with an inner hollow cylindrical shape in which a reactive material (for example, sawdust or the like) is stored.

Of course, a cover is provided on the upper part of the storage tank 111 to prevent foreign matter from entering into the storage tank 111.

Although not shown in the drawings, the storage tank 111 may be provided with an impeller or a screw blade. The impeller or the screw blade may be provided in the storage tank 111, If the reaction product is a bulky reaction product, it may be pulverized to an appropriate size, so that it can be easily introduced into the connection pipe 113.

In addition, the passage portion 1601 connecting the storage tank 111 and the connection pipe 113 may be formed in a hollow tube shape having a rectangular cross section, for example.

The connection pipe 113 communicates with the lower part of the storage tank 111 and the housing part 105. That is, the reaction material stored in the storage tank 111 is connected to the housing part 105 ).

The blade rotating shaft 117 is provided inside the connecting tube 113. The blade rotating shaft 117 is provided with a helical blade and the blade rotating shaft 117 receives the driving force from the driving motor 115, And the reaction material is sent to the housing part 105 by advancing the material.

That is, the blade rotation shaft 117 adjusts the amount of the reactant to be sent to the housing part 105 according to the user's setting when the reaction material is inputted into the connection pipe 113 according to the structural pitch length and rotation speed of the blade, So that the rotary reactor, which is an embodiment of the present invention, can be used not only in batch but also in a continuous manner.

The heating gas supply unit 201 supplies the heating gas to the inside of the housing unit 105. The structure of the heating gas supply unit 201 will be described in more detail. A burner unit 203; A pipe portion 205 connecting the burner portion 203 and the housing portion 105; And a nozzle unit 207 coupled to the end of the piping unit 205 and diffusing the heating gas into the housing unit 105.

The burner unit 203 performs a function of generating a high-temperature heating gas.

The piping section 205 is provided in the shape of a pipe connecting and connecting the burner section 203 and the housing section 105. The piping section 205 may be configured to include a main pipe and a branch pipe.

The pipe portion 205 is provided with a heat insulating material 1301. The heat insulating material 1301 may be provided not only in the pipe portion 205 but also in the housing portion 105. [

The temperature of the heating gas supplied to the housing part 105 through the piping part 205 is kept constant by the provision of the heat insulating material 1301 in the piping part 205 and the housing part 105, The reaction rate can be kept constant.

The nozzle unit 207 is connected to the end of the piping unit 205. More specifically, the nozzle unit 207 is coupled to the end of the branch piping constituting the piping unit 205, As shown in FIG.

That is, a plurality of injection holes 1501 are formed in the nozzle unit 207, so that the heating gas is uniformly dispersed into the housing unit 105 through the injection holes 1501.

In addition, the nozzle unit 207 is provided with an adjusting knob 1503 capable of adjusting the amount of the heating gas.

The nozzle unit 207 is connected to the side of the housing unit 105. When the nozzle unit 207 is connected to the side of the housing unit 105 as described above, The contact efficiency between the heating gas supplied to the housing portion 105 through the nozzle portion 207 and the reactive material in the housing portion 105 can be further improved as compared with the manner in which the supplied heating gas is supplied from the upper portion of the drying drum .

Of course, the nozzle unit 207 may also be provided on the portion other than the side surface of the housing unit 105 (upper, lower surface, or the like) through which the heating gas is discharged.

On the other hand, the outside of the housing part 105 is connected to the piping part 205 of the heating gas supply part 201 to bypass the heating gas or remove the foreign substances contained in the heating gas, The cyclone part 121 may be provided with a communication part 129 so as to be supplied again. The cyclone part 121 may remove foreign substances contained in the heating gas while controlling the heating gas supplied to the housing part 105 / RTI >

That is, in order to prevent the heating gas from being supplied to the housing part 105, the regulating knob 1503 of the nozzle part 207 is cut off so that the heating gas can go to the cyclone part 121, The supplied heating gas passes through the cyclone part 121, and the foreign gas or the like is removed.

The heating gas bypassed through the cyclone part 121 or removed from the foreign material may be supplied to the housing part 105 again or may be supplied to the burner part 203 to preheat the burner part 203, Additional plumbing may be connected for this.

The discharge unit 131 is connected to the bottom of the housing unit 105. The discharge unit 131 functions as a passage for allowing the reaction material inside the housing unit 105 to be drawn out to the outside.

The discharge portion 131 is provided with a blade rotating shaft 133 driven by a motor 135 to smoothly discharge the reaction material from the housing portion 105. In this way, 133, the discharge amount of the reactant can be adjusted according to the user's setting, and the rotary reactor, which is one embodiment of the present invention, can be continuously used.

Although not shown in the drawing, the housing part 105 is formed with a reaction gas inlet through which a reactive gas is supplied.

The housing part 105, the driving part 107, the reaction material supplying part 109, the heating gas supplying part 201 and the like are supported on the supporting frame 123. In the lower part of the supporting frame 123, And a lifting and lowering driving unit 127 for providing a driving force for rotating the supporting frame 123 about the centering shaft 125.

The lifting and lowering driving unit 127 provides a driving force to lift one side of the supporting frame 123 and the driving force of the lifting and lowering driving unit 127 is transmitted to the supporting frame 123 by the rotation speed of the wing unit 101 and the height of the supporting frame 123 The height of the housing part 105 caused by the height of one side and the other side of the housing part 105 by rotating the support frame 123 around the center of the housing part 105) It is possible to use a rotary reactor, which is an embodiment of the present invention, as a continuous type in which a reactant is reacted for a certain period of time while continuously feeding a reactant, Thereby improving the efficiency.

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the rotating shaft provided inside the housing part is rotated to stir the reacting material, it is easy to mount various sensors compared to the conventional rotary kiln type drying apparatus, There is an effect that assembling and management of parts are facilitated.

In addition, since the rotation shaft and the housing part are sealed, and the outer housing that surrounds the driving part and the housing part is provided, it is possible to prevent the outside air and the like from penetrating into the housing part, It is possible to treat a torrefaction process necessary for reforming raw materials of biomes.
