Abstract
본 발명은 펌프의 상부에 동흡진기를 설치하되, 상기 동흡진기는 펌프의 상부에 볼트조립되고 점탄성 물질이 중간에 삽입된 샌드위치 패널형 탄성마운트와; 상기 패널형 탄성마운트 상부에 고정설치되는 질량체를 포함하도록 되어 있다.

Claims (3)
- 펌프의 상부에 동흡진기를 설치하되,
상기 동흡진기는 펌프 상부에 볼트조립되고, 강성 역할과 댐핑 역할을 동시에 하여 동흡진기의 강성을 결정하는 동시에 동흡진기 자체의 진동 값을 저감시키는 점탄성물질이 철판 사이에 부착된 샌드위치 타입의 패널형 탄성마운트와;
상기 패널형 탄성마운트 상부에 고정설치되는 질량체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성마운트를 이용한 펌프용 동흡진기.

상기 점탄성 물질은 중합체 물질(polymeric materials)인 plastic, rubber, acrylics(아크릴 수지), silicones, vinyls, adhesives(점착성 물질), urethanes, epoxies, elastomers(탄성 중합체 : 천연 고무 또는 합성 고무) 중 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성마운트를 이용한 펌프용 동흡진기.
