Description

PRECAST SLAB CONNECTION METHOD USING CONNECTION MODULE}[0001] PRECAST SLAB CONNECTION METHOD USING CONNECTION MODULE [0002]

The present invention relates to a precast deck continuous method using a sequential module. More specifically, the present invention relates to a precast deck continuous method using a sequential module to more efficiently serialize a slab in a bridge section without a girder in a bridge substructure.

1A is a perspective view showing a state in which girders 10a and 10b are alternately installed on a bridge substructure 50 such as a pier and a slab 60 is formed.

That is, it can be seen that the girders 10a and 10b are constrained by the transverse beams 20 installed in the direction perpendicular to the throttling axis. A reinforcing rib 14 may be separately formed in the girders 10a and 10b in order to connect the transverse beams 20 to each other.

The slab 60 is constructed by placing concrete on the girders 10a and 10b by using a formwork installed at a site (not shown).

However, there is a case where the slabs 60 are directly installed on the bridge substructure 50 such as alternating piers without installing the girders 10a and 10b, which is referred to as a slab bridge.

An example of construction of such a slab bridge can be seen in FIG.

That is, the alternations 51 are spaced apart from each other in the throttling direction, and the bridge 52 is additionally installed between the alternations 51.

The portion where the alternate bridge is located is referred to as a branch portion, and a bridge bearing 70 is installed on the bridge portion and the slab 60 is supported on the bridge bearing.

When the construction of the slab 60 is completed, a live load and the weight of the slab act on the slab 60. Therefore, a considerable amount of bending moment is generated at the fulcrum portion.

As shown in FIG. 1C, the slab 60 is formed to have a thickness greater than the thickness of the fulcrum portion in order to resist the bending moment.

However, the method of making a difference in the thickness of the slab is that the preparation of the slab must be carried out separately,

In the case of using the bridge support, if the slabs adjacent to each other are simply supported without continuous bottom plate at the branch portion, the number of bridge supports installed at the branch portion becomes large, which leads to a problem that the economical efficiency is lowered.

Also, since the stiffness of the fulcrum portion is not large, there is a problem that the slab of the fulcrum portion may always be defective such as cracks.

And a tension member installed to penetrate the connection portion in the throttling direction has been introduced. However, such a tension member and a fixing operation require additional work and cost, so that economical efficiency is inevitably lowered.

Therefore, in the present invention, when the slabs are continuous to each other at the fulcrums, the bottom plate modules are securely connected to each other at the fulcrums to sufficiently secure the rigidity against the bending moment generated at the fulcrums, The present invention provides a method for providing a precast bottom plate continuous method using a continuous module capable of more economical slab bridge construction.

In order to achieve the above object,

First, in the focal point, the transverse extension of the serialization module is first installed in the bridge substructure.

Also, the continuous module is manufactured by using ultra-high performance concrete (for example, Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC)) having a compressive strength of at least the reference strength (for example, 120 MPa) .

Further, the serialization module may be formed by forming various types of shear connectors on the upper surface and integrating the shear connectors on the connection portion.

In this case, if the sequential module is installed in the coping portion on the fulcrum portion, for example, the top of the pier, and the bottom plate module is installed on the sequential module, it is necessary to install the adjacent bottom plate modules so as to be supported by the bridge supports on the fulcrums So that the number of bridge supports can be minimized.

Second, in the sequencing of the bottom plate module, the connecting portion reinforcing bars extending from the adjacent bottom plate module are connected to each other in a folded manner, and the connecting portion reinforcing bars are filled with the connecting portion filling material such as concrete. So that a more reliable connection rigidity can be ensured in the fulcrum portion.

1][Example 1]

2 is a view showing a construction of a precast deck continuous method using a sequential module according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

First, the bridge infrastructure 100 including alternating (and / or bridge) is constructed.

In the case of single span bridges, the connection is not formed, so we will refer to the case of multi span bridges that construct the bridge between the alternations.

A bottom plate (slab) is installed between the bridge 110 and the bridge 120 and between the bridge 120 and the bridge 120. Such a bottom plate is successively constructed using a plurality of bottom plate modules 200 .

Since the size of the bottom plate module 200 is limited, the bottom plate modules 200 need to be continuous with each other in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the bottom plate module 200 is divided into a plurality of .

The serialization of the bottom plate module 200 becomes important on the bridge 120 as a point.

This is because the greatest bending moment occurs at the fulcrum portion, and it is necessary to secure the rigidity of the connecting portion sufficiently.

First, the serialization module 400 is first prepared in the fulcrum portion so as to extend in the lateral direction as shown in FIG. 2 and be supported by the bridge support 300 of the bridge 120.

Referring to FIG. 2, it can be seen that the serialization module 400 is formed as a plate member 410 having a constant thickness.

Such a plate member is made of ultra high performance concrete ("UHPC") having a compressive strength of, for example, a predetermined standard (for example, 120 MPa) or more and is manufactured to have excellent durability.

Further, the plate member may be manufactured using cement, silica fume, fine aggregate, filler, water reducing agent, fiber and blended water, but not including coarse aggregate, and using ultra high performance concrete having a compressive strength of 400 MPa or more, for example.

The upper end of the plate member 410 is formed with a shear connection member 420 protruding upward.

Such a shear connector 420 may be formed in various shapes, and a bolt-shaped shear connector or a shear connector may be used.

The sequencing module 400 formed of the plate member 410 having the shear connection member 420 is installed on the upper surface of the pier 120 in the transverse direction using the bridge support 300 at each of the fulcrums.

Since the bridge support 300 supports only the sequencing module 400, it is not necessary to install the bridge support 300 in the adjacent bottom plate module 200 at the bridge pier, and the number of the bridge supports 300 to be used is significantly reduced.

Further, since the serialization module 400 can be manufactured with a very thin thickness, it is not difficult to carry and install since it is not heavy.

Next, the bottom plate module 200 is mounted on both sides of the serialization module 400, respectively.

At this time, it is preferable that an elastic pad 500 is additionally provided between the bottom end surface of the bottom plate module 200 and the upper surface of the serialization module 400 to prevent damage or the like during the construction process.

When the bottom plate module 200 is installed on the upper surface of the sequential module 400, the connecting bars 210 are formed so as to protrude in advance when the bottom plate module 200 is manufactured.

The connection of the connection reinforcing bars 210 is a most economical connection construction method when the connection space can be sufficiently secured.

Therefore, the connecting rod reinforcing bars 210 may be bound to each other by a thin wire in a state in which they are superimposed on each other in the space of the connecting portion.

A connection filler (concrete or mortar) 600 is installed in the space between the upper and lower plate modules of the sequential module 400 using the die shown in FIG.

The concrete filler (concrete or mortar) 600 may be concrete used for the manufacture of the bottom plate module.

When the connecting portion concrete 600 is inserted into the connecting portion, the connecting portion reinforcement 210 and the front end connecting portion of the sequencing module 400 are combined with each other to complete the connecting portion construction.

Accordingly, when the connecting part is completed, the fuzzy continuity module 400 and the bottom plate module 200 are completely integrated with each other, and the rigidity of the connection part can be sufficiently secured by the ultra high performance serialization module.

2][Example 2]

3 is a view showing a construction of a precast deck continuous method using a sequential module according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

The difference between the first embodiment and the first embodiment is the arrangement of the sequencing module 400. That is, in the case of the first embodiment, if the bottom plate module 200 adjacent to the top surface of the serialization module 400 is placed on top of the bottom plate module 200,

In the case of the second embodiment, it is assumed that the bottom surface of the bottom plate module 200 and the bottom surface of the serialization module 400 are positioned on the same line by using the support step 220 formed at the lower end of the bottom plate module 200 .

Referring to FIG. 3,

The bottom plate module 200 will be described with reference to a case where a plurality of the bottom plate modules 200 are installed in a continuous manner in the longitudinal direction.

First, the sequencing module 400 is prepared in the fulcrum portion so as to extend in the lateral direction as shown in FIG. 3 and be supported by the bridge support 300 on the bridge pier 120.

3, it can be seen that the serialization module 400 is formed as a plate member 410 having a constant thickness, and the support tucks 220 are formed at both ends.

Also, the plate member may be made of ultra high performance concrete ("UHPC") having a compressive strength of 120 MPa or more and can be manufactured to have excellent durability. The cement, silica fume, fine aggregate, filler, water reducing agent, And does not include coarse aggregate. For example, a plate-like member may be manufactured using ultra-high-performance concrete having a compressive strength of 400 MPa or more.

Since the compressive strength is very large, it is possible to secure the required rigidity with a minimum thickness so that it is not necessary to reinforce the reinforcement.

The upper end of the plate member 410 is also formed with a shear connection member 420 protruding upward.

Such a shear connector 420 may be formed in various shapes, and a bolt-shaped shear connector or a shear connector may be used.

The sequencing module 400 formed of the plate member 410 having the shear connection member 420 installed thereon is installed on the upper surface of the pier 120 in the transverse direction using the bridge support 300 at each of the fulcrums. Since the bridge support 300 only needs to support the sequencing module 400, it is not necessary to provide the bridge support 300 to the adjacent bottom plate module 200 at the bridge pier, and the number of the bridge supports 300 to be used is significantly reduced.

Further, since the serialization module 400 can be manufactured with a very thin thickness, it is not difficult to carry and install since it is not heavy.

Next, the bottom plate module 200 is installed on both sides of the serialization module 400, and the support tab 220 is mounted on the side upper surface of the serialization module 400.

As a result, it can be seen that the bottom plate module 200 and the lower part of the sequencing module 400 are located on the same line, and it can be seen that the mold height can be lower than that of the first embodiment.

Next, in the same manner as in the first embodiment, when the bottom plate module 200 is installed on the upper surface of the sequential module 400, the connecting rod reinforcement 210, Are overlapped with each other.

In this case, it is the most economical connection method of the continuous module 400 when the connection space of the connection reinforcement 210 is sufficiently secured.

Therefore, it is the same that the connecting portion reinforcing bars 210 are bound to each other in the space of the connecting portion by thin wire.

The connection part concrete 600 is installed in the space between the upper and lower plate modules of the serialization module 400 using the dies not shown in the drawing, and the connection part concrete 600 is formed by using the concrete used for manufacturing the bottom plate module .
