상면에 상기 식품용기가 안착되는 안착홈이 형성된 베이스와;
상기 안착홈의 둘레에서 상기 베이스의 상면에 장착되고, 상기 안착홈의 바깥쪽에 배치되는 상기 식품용기의 테두리의 하부에 배치되어 상기 식품용기의 테두리를 상방향으로 지지하는 용기지지부재와;
상기 베이스의 상부를 덮는 커버와;
상기 커버의 하면에 장착되어 상기 식품용기의 상부에 배치된 필름을 상기 식품용기의 테두리에 열융착시키는 제1히터와;
상기 제1히터의 바깥쪽에서 상기 제1히터의 둘레를 따라 폐곡선 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 커버의 하면 또는 베이스의 상면에 장착된 가스켓과;
흡입구가 폐곡선 형상으로 이루어진 상기 가스켓의 안쪽에 배치된 진공펌프를 포함하여 이루어지되,
