Preferably, a service level agreement (SLA) is established between the mobile network and the fixed network so that the IPTV service provided by the fixed network can be provided to the femtocell user of the mobile network in a better manner.

Although IPTV has been described as a typical example of an inter-domain service over a management domain / a management domain, those skilled in the art can apply the present invention to various inter-domain services such as an E-mail service, an online shopping service, It will be easy to understand.
