Claims (3)
- 회전축에 고정 설치되는 슬라이딩부재로서의 메이팅링과, 하우징에 고정 설치되는 카트리지와, 상기 카트리지에 장착되어 상기 메이팅링에 대향하여 슬라이딩하는 실링링을 가지는 메카니컬 실링에 있어서,상기 카트리지는,상기 하우징에 고정되는 외주부와,상기 회전축 주위에 배치되어 상기 실링링이 배치되는 내주부와,상기 외주부와 상기 내주부를 접속하는 상기 회전축방향에 대하여 수직한 방향으로 형성되는 배면부를 가지며,상기 카트리지의 상기 배면부에, 당해 배면부의 부재가 상기 회전축 방향으로 굴곡된 굴곡부가, 상기 회전축을 중심으로 하여 환상으로 형성되어 있고,상기 카트리지의 상기 내주부에 고정설치된 벨로즈와, 상기 카트리지의 상기 배면부에 접하여 상기 카트리지의 내부에는 상기 벨로즈와 함께 배치되는 코일드 웨이브 스프링를 더 구비하고,상기 실링링의 슬라이딩면은 상기 벨로즈 및 상기 코일드 웨이브 스프링에 의한 축방향 탄성바이어스력에 의해 상기 메이팅링에 대하여 압압되고,상기 카트리지의 상기 굴곡부는, 상기 배면부의 상기 코일드 웨이브 스프링의 직경방향 외측에, 메카니컬실링부재가 장착되지 않는 상기 배면부의 평판 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니컬 실링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지의 상기 배면부에 단면 오목형상의 홈부가 상기 환상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 메카니컬 실링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지의 상기 배면부는 상기 회전축의 직경방향의 내측영역과 외측영역에서 상기 회전축 방향의 위치가 다르도록 형성되며, 당해 내측영역과 외측영역을 접속하는 단차부가 상기 환상으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으 로 하는 메카니컬 실링.
