클린룸의 내부로 청정 공기를 공급하기 위한 다수의 팬필터유닛(2)이 천장프레임(1)에 미리 결정된 패턴으로 배열된 상태에서 상기 각 팬필터유닛(2) 사이사이에 설치되어 클린룸 내부를 조명하는 클린룸용 조명장치(L)에 있어서,
상부 및 하부 개구(開口)부(11, 12), 그리고 이들을 잇는 내부 수용부(13)를 갖는 사각 바디프레임(10);
상기 바디프레임(10)의 하부개구부(12)에 배열되는 투광(透光)패널(20);
상기 바디프레임(10)의 수용부(13) 좌우 내벽에 각각 연결되어 사이에 공간부(S)를 형성하는 두 수평플레이트(30);
상기 두 수평플레이트(30) 중 좌측 수평플레이트(30) 단부(端部)에 일단(一端)이 힌지 결합되고 타단(他端)이 우측 수평플레이트(30)에 안착되어 상기 공간부(S)를 덮는 백커버플레이트(40);
상기 백커버플레이트(40)에 장착되어 상기 투광패널(20) 측으로 하방 발광하는 조명유닛(50);
상기 바디프레임(10)의 상부개구부(11) 일단부(一端部)에 힌지 결합되어 상기 상부개구부(11) 일부영역을 개방하거나 폐쇄하게 되는 제1개폐도어(60A); 및
