상기 가변모세관(178)은, 하나의 가변모세관에는 첵밸브(C)가 다른 하나의 가변모세관에는 전자변(S)이 구비되며,
상기 제2열교환기(130)는, 첵밸브(C)를 갖는 제1연결관(133)과 양단에 첵밸브(C) 및 전자변(S)을 구비하면서 방열핀을 갖는 제1순환관(135)이 연결구조로서 송풍팬(131)이 연결되고,
상기 제3열교환기(120)는, 첵밸브(C)를 갖는 제2연결관(123)과 양단에 첵밸브(C)를 구비하는 제2순환관(125)이 연결되며,
상기 제3열교환기(120)는, 이중관 형상으로 저수탱크(140)의 물이 유동하도록 설치되고, 상기 저수탱크(140)의 상부에 대류에 의해 상승되는 열원에 의해 가열되는 히팅코일(210)이 구비되어 수액기(250)의 일측에서 열량을 전달하도록 연결설치되는 수냉식 열교환 구조를 갖는 실외기 없는 냉,난방장치.
