도 2는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 층상 구조의 탄소나노섬유의 전자현미경 사진,
도 3은 본 발명에 따라 제조된 그래핀의 전자현미경 사진,
도 4는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 그래핀의 코팅면을 나타낸 전자현미경 사진.
Claims (6)
- (a) 층상 구조의 탄소나노섬유를 합성하는 단계와;
(b) 상기 탄소나노섬유와, 카복시메틸셀룰로우즈(CarboxyMethyl Cellulose, CMC) 또는 셀룰로우즈 아세테이트 부틸레이트(Cellulose Acetate Butyrate, CAB) 중에서 선택되는 박리제를 혼합하는 단계와;
(c) 상기 (b) 단계의 혼합물을 초음파 처리하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 (c) 단계의 처리물을 고에너지밀을 이용하여 박리하는 단계;
를 포함하되,
상기 (a) 단계는,
금속철 분말, 니켈산화물 분말 및 산화알루미늄 분말을 5:1:4의 비율로 혼합 및 분쇄하여 혼합분말을 제조하는 단계와;
상기 혼합분말을 고에너지밀로 가공하여 혼합분말촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합분말촉매를 기상합성장치 내에 장입하고 탄화수소 분위기에서 550℃로 30분 동안 가열하는 단계;
를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그래핀의 제조 방법. - 삭제
