Emitters for mobile furniture parts are known from DE 20 2004 007 168 U1, in which a pin-shaped pushing device is applied to the mobile furniture parts. AT 2004 01379 A5 describes a piece of furniture with a release device having a lever with a contact switch. When a certain position of the lever is reached, the contact switch can be triggered to release the movable furniture part away from the furniture body. However, setting and determining switching points has proved to be relatively difficult and malfunctions can occur very frequently.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a drive device for a mobile furniture part which enables automatic release of the mobile furniture part and whereby the tolerance can be compensated for.

This object is achieved by a drive device having the features of claim 1.

According to the invention, the at least one sensor comprises a feeler provided on the movable furniture part at least in the closed position through which the movement of the furniture part for triggering the emitter can be detected. The function of detecting the position and / or movement of the furniture part is separate from the mechanical function of the release of the furniture part to such a degree that the two parts, the sensor and the emitter, can be mounted separately from each other. Thus, previously defined switching points are not provided and require a particularly precise setting of the position of the emitter relative to the mobile furniture part. Rather, the sensor can be regarded as having no tolerance of compensation and positioning.

According to the preferred design of the invention, the movement of the filler can be detected through the position-neutral of the sensor within a certain range of motion of the furniture part. This is because triggering of the emitter is not absolutely necessary to detect the precise position (switching point) of the movable furniture part. Emissions occur when a user intentionally moves a movable furniture part in one direction or the other. This can be signaled by the sensor to trigger the emitter. However, the detection of movement is not necessarily linked to the detection or consideration of the exact position of the furniture part.

According to another design of the invention, the movable furniture part is spring loaded in the closed position and can be moved both from the furniture body and into the furniture body to trigger the ejector. The triggering of the emitter can thus be performed intuitively by the user, since the furniture part can be pressed or pulled to trigger the drive of the emitter. Of course, it is also possible to carry out only triggering of the emitter when the movable part is pressed, for example when no handle part is provided.

In order to be able to fulfill a certain tolerance by means of a sensor, the filler is preferably spring loaded to the movable furniture part. The pillar thus performs the movement with the movable part before the closed position and detects the movement by the sensor connected to the pillar.

An optical sensor is preferably provided for detecting the movement of the filler. This enables particularly sensitive detection, and the sensor can have at least one raster film that can move relative to the light barrier so that the pulse can be converted into a control signal by the movement of the raster film. It is also possible for the filler to be connected to the toothed rack, thereby allowing the raster disc to be positioned on the light barrier to be rotatable.

According to a preferred design of the invention, the sensor and the emitter are located on the rear wall of the furniture body and the emitter comprises a pivotable lever. The release of the movable furniture part may be carried out by other drive means, for example an electric drive, a spring element, or other drive means capable of operating the movable part. However, the ejector with a pivotable lever has the advantage that it can be located on the rear wall of the miniaturized furniture body.

The filler of the sensor is preferably located off center on the rear wall of the chest of drawers. This is because when the drawer is operated from the side on the front panel, no trigger occurs if the drawer is twisted so that the filler is centered. Thus it is advantageous if the filler is not located within the central area of the chest of drawers. Two sensors spaced apart from each other can also be located, for example, adjacent to movable furniture parts, especially when a wide chest of drawers is moved through the drive unit.

One furniture 1 comprises a box-like furniture body 2, in which one or more drawers 3, which are convertible, are held. For this purpose an extension guide 4 is provided on the side of the drawer 3 which is attached to a specific side on the furniture body 2.

A drive device according to the invention comprising an emitter 6 and a sensor 7 is provided adjacent to the rear wall 5 of the drawer 3. The sensor 7 is mounted on the rear wall 8 of the furniture body 2, while the emitter 6 is held on a vertical bracket 9 on which an electric line is guided for power supply. The bracket 9 is connected to a horizontal bracket 10 which can also be used for power supply.

A drawer 3 in a slightly open position is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. A pin 11 protruding to the rear is provided in the rear wall 5, which is provided with a marking or opening which works with the optical sensor 7. The sensor 7 comprises a housing 12 provided with a lightweight barrier 13. When the pin 11 is moved through the light barrier 13, a pulse can be output to the controller and it can be detected whether the drawer 3 is moved. When the drawer 3 is in the closed position, no signal is output by the light barrier 13 because the pin 11 is in the stop position. Only when the user presses the drawer 3 into the interior of the furniture body 2 or pulls it out of the furniture body 2, a relative movement occurs between the pin 11 and the light barrier 13, so that the emitter 6 has one Or may be triggered after detecting more pulses. The pivotable lever 14 of the emitter 6 is pressed against the rear wall 5 of the drawer 3 and supports the expansion movement. The lever 14 can move through the drive to the starting position or press the lever 14 back to the starting position while the rear wall 5 is retracted. Upon closing of the drawer 3, the pin 11 is moved back inside the light barrier 13, thereby detecting the movement of the drawer 3 and when no further pulses are generated by the movement of the pin 11. Rather than triggering the emitter 6 with a recognized movement, the controller determines according to predictable criteria as to whether triggering with the recognized movement occurs. Movement occurring upon closing of the drawer 3 does not cause triggering. This is recognized by the controller in that the intended movement that caused the release by the drive has previously occurred. Therefore, then the perceived contraction movement does not trigger another release. Only the next recognized movement that satisfies certain criteria (number of pulses, time, etc.) triggers the emitter 6 again.

Although a modified embodiment of one furniture is shown in FIG. 4, the same reference numerals are given to the same components. In this embodiment, a modified sensor 7 ′ is provided on the rear wall 8 which is located on the other side of the emitter 6. This explains that the emitter 6 and the sensor 7 'can be positioned independently of each other. The sensor 7 ′ comprises a housing 20 in which a feeler 21 is movably mounted. The filler 21 is connected to the toothed rack 22 held in the housing 20 via a spring 23. By rotation of the gear wheel 25 and the raster disk 26, the movement of the toothed rack 22 can be detected through the light barrier 28. The light barrier 28 outputs the detected pulse to the controller via a line, and a channel 29 is formed in the housing 20 in place of the line.

The sensor 7 ′ may have a flange 30 that projects laterally for simple mounting on the housing 20. Any tolerance compensation is automatically generated through the spring-loaded mounting mechanism of the toothed rack 22, which means that the final position of the drawer 3 can be detected within a certain range of the movement path and nevertheless This is because it is located within a certain range of but is not controlled by a specific switching point.
