Abstract
본 발명 상기 목적은 엘보접속재를 구성하는 전압 검출부에 접지기능의 절연플러그를 구비하되 상기 절연플러그는 전단에 도체의 스터드볼트가 인서트성형으로 결속되고 상기 스터드볼트 후방에 접속하는 관통 인터페이스를 형성한 절연몸체, 상기 관통 인터페이스에 결합 및 분리 가능한 절연로드로 구성되어 상기 절연로드를 분리하고 접지케이블이 접속된 접지로드로 구성된 접지수단을 단독적으로 접속하거나, 접지검사 연결기구를 접속한 상태에서 상기 접지수단을 선택적으로 결합하여 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접지형 엘보접속재를 제공한다.

도 10 내지 도 12는 본 발명의 엘보접속재를 이용하는 접지검사 연결기구를 매개로 접지수단 연결 단계도이다.

Claims (4)
- 전기절연재로서 수직방향의 케이블 수용부와 수평방향의 부싱결합부 및 전압검출부가 관통된 좌, 우 대칭구조로 성형된 절연하우징과, 케이블을 연결하고 상기 케이블 수용부를 통하여 상기 부싱 결합부 및 전압 검출부의 중앙 내부에 돌출된 상태로 조립된 컨덕터와, 상기 전압검출부에 조립되며 절연수지로 성형된 절연플러그 및 상기 절연플러그의 절연을 수행하는 절연캡으로 구성된 엘보접속재에 있어서,
상기 절연플러그는 전단에 도체의 스터드볼트가 인서트성형으로 결속되고 상기 스터드볼트 후방에 접속하는 관통 인터페이스를 형성한 절연몸체, 상기 관통 인터페이스에 결합 및 분리 가능한 절연로드로 구성되어 상기 절연로드를 분리하고 접지케이블이 접속된 접지로드로 구성된 접지수단을 단독적으로 접속하거나, 접지검사 연결기구를 접속한 상태에서 상기 접지수단을 선택적으로 결합하여 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접지형 엘보접속재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연몸체는 외부의 절연고무층(에폭시고무층)의 내부에 성형되는 반도전성 고무층에 상기 스터드볼트가 인서트 결속되고, 상기 반도전성 고무층은 내부 인터페스 중앙부분에는 접지로드가 접속하는 탄성접속링이 인서트 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 접지형 엘보접속재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
접지검사 연결기구는,
상기 절연플러그의 관통 인터페이스에 삽입 끼움하여 스터드볼트에 접속하는 테스트로드, 상기 테스트로드과 접속하는 스위치몸체, 상기 스위치몸체를 지지하면서 접지수단의 접지로드가 접속하는 접속공을 구비한 접속몸체, 상기 스위치몸체와 접속몸체 후방에서 나사조립으로 조립된 I볼트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 접지형 엘보접속재.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 스위치몸체는 상기 테스트로드의 접속에 따른 온 및 오프버튼, 상기 온 및 오프버튼의 동작에 의해 접속상태의 정상 또는 비정상을 표시하는 LED표시램프 및 접지상태의 음성안내를 제공하는 스피커가 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 접지형 엘보접속재.
