잡석 또는 버림콘크리트 기초 위에 설치되고, 내, 외주면에 콜로이달 실리카(Colloidal Silica)로 된 세라믹에 소수성인 폴리에테르 변성 폴리디메틸실록산(Polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane)을 혼합하여 제조된 세라믹코팅제가 세라믹코팅층을 형성하는 고내식성 리브 및 파형강관의 개구된 양측을 막아 내부를 밀폐하고, 우수가 유입되는 유입구와 우수가 방류되는 유출구 및 보강프렌지가 설치된 외부강판을 포함하는 저류조,
상기 저류조 내부의 세로방향 일부를 구획하는 내부칸막이,
상기 내부칸막이와 결합되어 저류조 내부의 일부를 가로방향으로 구획하고, 유입된 우수를 상향으로 월류시키는 여과재고정틀,
